If Obama wins then America will be engulfed in a thousand years of darkness :downs:
I'm politically retarded, so can anyone tell me what will happen if Romney wins (besides backwards-evolution in gay rights, sucking oil dry, etc.)?
Destruction of our economy, roll-back on Healthcare reform and other social safety functions, growth in the poverty gap. Just to name a few.
If Romney wins you better start packing up your bags and moving to Canada.

Romney will inherit a 12 million job growth that would happen regardless of what the government did at this point and Republican policy would be validated for decades to come.
In my city, we have had more same-day registrations come out to vote than returning voters (so far)
that actually says a lot of good things since those are more likely to be younger and more liberal voters.
ballots are meant to be purely private
but.. its my ballot?
but.. its my ballot?
its a felony to take a photo of it
we jus lookin out fo u son
but.. its my ballot?
imagine your employer requiring you to take a picture of your ballot to prove you voted for the right person
Voted for Obama, and voted no on the marriage amendment here, which is basically an amendment against gay marriage.
I seriously doubt the marriage amendment will pass here, but I guess we have to worry about the rural part of the state, as all metropolitan areas of the state are incredibly gay and everyone in the rural part of the state are weird, white, and highly religious.
I was going to vote for Stein, but at the last moment I said Nahh and went with Obama.
He's not the best, but he's not terribad.
i voted for obama and voted yes on amendment 64 (the marijuana one in colorado)
the phrase INCREDIBLY GAY is funny to me for some reason, especially when bolded.
anyway I hope the marriage amendment does not pass!
but.. its my ballot?
"Show me your ballot or you're fired".

OHHHHHHHHHHH SNAP
no option to vote for any amendments here, oh well
I like Romneys position on Afghanistan, many high up people have said that the Taliban would win if they pulled out on 2014. I don't want Afghanistan to go to shit after so many fucking lives and so much god damn money.

America's been meddling with foreign countries affairs too much and for too long anyways.

I don't think it ever left shit status.

But keeping troops there risks more loss of life and more expenditure.
Afghanistan has greatly improved, and it would be a shame for that to go away after they leave. Finish the job instead of pulling a sorta-vietnam style pull out. All those casualties and all that money put into Afghanistan will have gone to shit if the Taliban/insurgents take over the country again.. and that would be sad considering how liberal some of the population is becoming.
I could have swore I registered sometime at the beginning of this year when I renewed my ID, but apparently I didn't.
Oh well, four years ago I voted for obongo in person, and now it'll be in spirit :v:

The job will never be finished
Voted Obama. Of course, this is California, so I doubt it matters worth a damn either way, but still got to help some senators and prop 30.
Yes it will, so long as ISAF stays on the ground long enough to properly train Afghan army.
Yes it will, so long as ISAF stays on the ground long enough to properly train Afghan army.
Because non-stop civil war with foreign involvement is a lot better then just non-stop civil war.
Also voted for Obama.
Oh wait, I'm not an American. Still, let's pretend I voted for him.
Yes it will, so long as ISAF stays on the ground long enough to properly train Afghan army.
America has enough problems locally, we need to worry about our country.

What job? It is a war of ideals, it is near impossible to win such a fight. for every terrorist we kill we are taking civilians too. The reason our civilian casualties are not reported as higher is because they consider all males of military age killed in a strike as combatants. For example in the documentary Restapo, they launched mortar fire at a village because of sniper fire, they killed the sniper but also innocents. I am in no way blaming the troops because they have no choice, but if you kill innocents you only help provide incentives for more civilians to start hating the US.

I'd prefer the current government over Taliban.

The Taliban are a fuckton worse. They execute women with AK's for looking at them wrong, plus it means more opium production thus more crap for specific countries to the North to handle.
I'm not endorsing Romney.

Which is horrible but us sending people over there to risk there lives and bomb their country is not helping. We cant be America world police, there are too many fucked up places for us to try and fix them all.
And you think a less competent ANA is going to do any better? I'm pretty sure the opinion is higher then that of the Taliban in Afghanistan.. considering how liberal young people are in Kubal and around the country.
