Please die yourself. Quit blaming Microsoft for every goddamned problem in your life. They've probably got better reasons for holding off on the PC version of the game than your kind do for living.
they do this ALL THE TIME and always for the same reasons, so, it's actually justified
Hmmm, I can't wait to have to wait five months after the console release for a shitty console to PC port.
Haha Me not to care for Alan Wake's unhindered console appearance.
what?
they do this ALL THE TIME and always for the same reasons, so, it's actually justified
Not really. It's a good way to highlight the idiots who bitch for no reason other than to try and look cool and the idiots who think they know marketing and digital development.
uh no you must not ever pay attention THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME means THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME and those that bitch bitch because it's completely unfair as there's no legitimate reason as the "marketing" isn't effected by this "marketing technique" and the "digital development" for the 360 is close enough to the "digital development" of the PC for there to hardly be any difference or major expanse of time at all. However, that said, it's a good way to highlight the idiots who try and look cool and the idiots who think they know marketing and digital development. Such as yourself.

You're just bitching because they aren't bending over backwards for you and kissing your pathetic, sorry ass. I don't want a PC version JUST to piss off people like you who have a goddamned self-righteous attitude and thinks they are the best thing the world has been graced with. Get off your fucking high-horse and get used to shit not being YOUR WAY. Shit happens for reasons you'll never know, and if you were told, you wouldn't begin to understand. The world does not revolve around you, and just because something happens that doesn't benefit you does not mean its not for a good reason.
i am oh so self-righteous now will the world bow down to me and my high-horse [editline]11:50PM[/editline] from a gaming company, there's no reason, simmer down, french fry [editline]12:14AM[/editline] wait, i get it, you didn't even read the article. you're just being so defensive because you don't even know what you're going on about.
Hmmm, I can't wait to have to wait five months after the console release for a shitty console to PC port.
And to face spoilers on the game every single day :haw:
troll has succeeded
Why the fuck is someone a troll because they don't know a shitty game that you might like?

Microsoft doesn't go out and go "LOL THEY WANT DIS SO WE NO LET THEM HAVE IT!" They do it because it has to be done to remain effective from a market and developmental standpoint. Lets say there is 1,000,000 PC gamers and 1,500,000 360 gamers. Now, the game is marketed at $60, with $10 going to the developer, Remedy, $10 going to the retailer, and the last $40 going to the publisher, Microsoft. The developer and retailer each get $10,000,000 in PC Sales, the publisher gets $40,000,000 in PC Sales, the developer and retailer each get $15,000,000 in 360 sales, and the publisher gets $60,000,000 in 360 sales. This is a combined $60,000,000 in PC sales and $90,000,000 in 360 sales. Its a large market loss. So, this means one of three things. #1, Microsoft is a self-loathing, masochistic company that likes large profit losses despite all of you saying they are major money whores. #2, They did it just to spite you which you could only believe if you were a thick-headed conspiracy theorist or self-loathing, masochistic dumbass who gets off to people abusing you. Or #3, they have a real and present market and/or developmental issue that has inhibited PC development and/or sale.
it is a marketing tactic, yes, i never said it wasn't, i was saying it was only a marketing plan. i also said that the marketing plan NEVER works. it doesn't. the reason being those that would've bought it at PC to begin with are just going to wait, and those that buy it on 360 won't buy it again on PC. the PC release will probably be $60 as it seems to be a new trend in GFW titles. So, there's literally no economic difference. there's no reason other than a flawed marketing plan. i never said anything that had anything to do with "#2", there, and it doesn't make sense, though i find it amusing.
