Might be late, but what if it's in the san fransisco of Sa, and grove street is
still around, but not a main focus.
Hopefully the PC version isn't some shoddy unoptimised console port.
With all the faults and bugs, i'm sure the PC version got lots more attention media wise than the Console version, what with the gameplay mods and graphical mods.
[sup][sup]And personally they'd be rather stupid to dismiss the amount of love from the community the PC version got[/sup][/sup]
I plan on getting the GTA complete pack on steam this december.
Why didn't you buy it over the weekend for $12.50?
Why didn't you buy it over the weekend for $12.50?
Maybe he didn't have his mum's credit card at the time???
If its london I'll fuck a crumpet
HEEEEEEEEEY COUSIN, YOU WANT TO GO BOWLING?
Never forget.
I expect overwhelming humor this next time around.
I can't remember, but a while back on the GTA IV site, around the time when the DLC started coming out, there was a plane ticket that read along the lines of "to San Andreas"?
Well, San Andreas got alot of mods, such as multiplayer support, but Rockstar still didn't want mods for GTA IV, which is why they released a patch to prevent modding soon after the release. But you can downgrade the game though. I highly doubt Rockstar will finally let us mod without having to release patches.
Bullshit? They released a patch enabling mods in multiplayer...
Got an image of it, sorry for the quality:

There was also a poster in GTA 4 about san andreas and when you looked at it, a member of the public shouted out "I WANT TO GO BACK TO SAN ANDREAS". Hope it's set in Cali again though. Loved the whole atmosphere of GTA SA compared to any other GTA so far.
Why not get it now it's about £5

Why didn't you buy it over the weekend for $12.50?
I don't have the money. I getting $50 from my grandma at christmas time for losing 20 pounds. (yes I'm a little chubby)
Maybe he didn't have his mum's credit card at the time???
I used to use that, but now I have a Paypal account so I'm good.
I want my Vice City in euphoria damnit
Please god make this SA or Vice City
Hell, Why not make it both?
Hopefully the PC version isn't some shoddy unoptimised console port.
Even if it was some shoddy unoptimized console port, that was a hell of a good one. I've had and continue to have so much fun in GTA IV.
Looking forward to V, the anticipation is too much.

What I really want them to add is the ability for Xbox 360 players to be able to play online with players on PC. I have some of my friends from school who play on Xbox, and it'd be great if I could play online with them on my PC. The least they could do is have that work for Free Mode.

Look at that, an 1899 dollar. Same V as the GTA5 logo.

Kill hookers everyday.
Good, that makes me a double sociopath, because I dream of killing hookers with a purple dildo and flying away on a jet pack like a boss.

"For the last year, gaming news sites have been speculating wildly over the possible setting for GTA V. In March, Rockstar's parent company Take-Two held acting auditions for an unnamed project, the casting call for which provided details for a selection of characters, including mobsters, movie agents and wannabe starlets – suggesting to sites such as Kotaku, a possible Hollywood setting for GTA V, although Rockstar did not comment on the casting session or on the nature of the project"
My money's on a San Andreas setting.
I hope the story remains serious instead of the batshit stupidity of San Andreas. There's Postal and others for that.
I hope the story remains serious instead of the batshit stupidity of San Andreas. There's Postal and others for that.
I don't know, I'd like it to be a mix of the two. A little serious and a little silly/stupid. Too much of either is a bad thing, but the right mix of in-between can be golden sometimes.
I'm probably going to get insulted for this, but I enjoyed IV more than SA.
I did, but it was 100% because the euphoria animation made running people over not get boring. Like I still play it today and all I do is drive down the pavement and it's the most fun thing ever.
Euphoria wasnt made by them and doesnt do physics.
Loved the whole atmosphere of GTA SA compared to any other GTA so far.
I found the atmosphere of IV a hell of a lot better than SA, but that's mostly because for the most of SA the atmosphere was filled exclusively with "BUSTA!" and "FOOL" and all that annoying as fuck gangster shit.
I'm hyped for V, I really am, but if they are returning to San Andreas I swear to god there better not be anyone calling me "Busta". Sick of that shit.

Riding Polar Bears.
Stealing Maple Syrup.
Toting Beavers as weapons.
"Hey where you think you goin' eh?"
"Oh i'm leavin', don't like this place."
"Okay you have a good day then!"
inb4 GTA V is banned in Australia.
Needs more vice city in the 80's
And i got a full theory as to why it probably will be.
Probably going to be set in a larger version of Las Venturez and half way into the game you open up San Andreas.
I can imagine the beginning starting off with a casino heist or something, then being caught and having to get revenge on the guys who set you up to fail.
