So, as the robber left he just turned to fire a single shot at one of the clerks? Wow, what a dickhole. Robbery is one thing but attempting to murder someone just because you can, that's one heck of a dick-move. And since he only fired one bullet and there were at least two clerks there, it wasn't to hide his identity either.
he must play gta online
Yet another reason why every other phone on the market is stronger than an iPhlimsy.
I have the exact same model of phone. The thing's pretty damn tough just day-to-day. My friend once got a brand new iPhone and shattered the screen in the same day, meanwhile I dropped that phone down a stair case onto concrete while working and it only nicked some of the rubbery finish on the back.
Not keen on testing the bullet-proof capabilities of it personally though. :v:
Its unfortunate though that the phone was running non-free software.
This is the second time this has happened

Now HTC will talk about how their phones are bulletproof.
No way, I have this very phone. Time to put it to the test in a real life situation!
When I read the OP, all I could imagine was some Homer Simpson-esque guy yelling "WOOHOO, I'm invincible!" after being shot and lying on the ground for about 12 seconds.
Send the military scientists!
But does it still work? :v:
What? What kind of question is that?
First the screen got destroyed and so did the batter I mean, what?
Well, my dad, being a mechanic stopped us on the side of the road, and someone got pissed off that we were blocking the highway with our car troubles and argued with my dad. My dad, just having fixed the car told him we were about to leave and looked into the hood and shot our battery. the top popped open, and the kinetic energy from the bullet sloshed a bunch of acid straight onto his lower body/torso, and started burning him, my dad, knowing the battery still worked, went and started the car, we called the highway patrol and they found him a while later on the road with severe burns.
He got arrained on several charges like unlawful discharge of a weapon, as well as aggravated assault, and destruction of personal property. last i heard he got 20-30 years, and that was when i was around 12
Jesus christ I'm rating this friendly

My god I feel bad for him
Can I download an app that makes my iPhone bulletproof??
Reminds me of the pocket protector trope from tvtropes.

Doesn't sound like he was the brightest bulb of the bunch.

Regular free or free-as-in-freedom free?
Now HTC will make bulletproof vests made out of smartphones
"At that point in time the suspect went to leave the store, and as he was leaving he fired one round towards the clerk," Winter Garden Lt. Scott Allen said
What's even the point, other than prolonging his sentence ?
