What qualifies someone to succeed in life in your eyes Maximoon?
Being able to support themselves on their own.
Maybe you shouldn't have kids if you can't support them. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM To those of you saying it's hard to get real jobs, man the fuck up. I've worked my way up in jobs, so can anyone else.
still not getting it. the people in those situations arent there because they are educated on the consequences of having a child. they're there because they're uneducated.
No I'm saying that you're all huge failures when it comes to the working world.
lets compare resumes
No I'm saying that you're all huge failures when it comes to the working world. Called moving for work my man.
It might do you some good to learn a little bit about someone before you generalize them, I have worked in factories all my life. I am a hydraulic technician by trade, I build manifolds. I probably make more than you do(when i'm working) You can't possibly be serious, do you think people can just pack up and move at a moments notice? You are digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole that's gonna land you on the top 10 facepunch idiots list.
still not getting it. the people in those situations because they are educated on the consequences of having a child. they're there because they're uneducated.
people need to learn from their mistakes
Being able to support themselves on their own.
Literally? As in everyone should grow their own food, build their own shelter, provide their own transportation they made. Or do you mean relative to the type of age we live in where people actually use welfare to their advantage when they're unable to find a better job than a minimum wage burger flipping one?
OH NO WHATEVER SHALL I DO MY VERY CHARACTER WILL BE SHAMED
It will because you'll be unable to make a point on a thread like this without being shunned.
OH NO WHATEVER SHALL I DO MY VERY CHARACTER WILL BE SHAMED
Your use of bold highlights the fact that you don't want to respond to the rest of what I said even more than your response.
like seriously you have a ridiculously inflated sense of self-worth and you look down on everyone because you are a welder i was lucky enough to be born into an upper-middle class family i'll be getting some shitty day job my senior year, spending a year building wells and schools and farms in africa, and then going to college, getting a degree, and finding a proper job you are a welder who makes $12 an hour. two of my close friends have internships in washington and one at a very prestigious tech company. all before college, entirely from high school accomplishments. you look down on fucking everybody who earns less than you, even though handling customer abuse on a day-to-day basis and working in abusive and stressful environments is far harder than sweating for 13 hours in a day. seriously holy fuck stop stroking your cock so much you are not a republican self-made man you are a welding apprentice
It will because you'll be unable to make a point on a thread like this without being shunned.
I was just giving my input I could give a fuck-less what you guys think of me or my opinion. I was posting my opinion because that's the whole point of forums.
don't act like you don't care. you just tried really hard to impress us with your ability to use a fire gun to join pieces of metal together
No I was saying that it's possible to get a real job. But I will keep stroking my dick because I CAN AFFORD IT.
I was just giving my input I could give a fuck-less what you guys think of me or my opinion.
don't act like you don't care. you just tried really hard to impress us with your ability to use a fire gun to join pieces of metal together
we're on facepunch we must all be losers sitting in our parents basements obviously, all liberals are, let me continue to make huge baseless judgments in order to inflate my own ego /s
You care to an amount where you're willing to try and prove your point by seeing what logic you have behind your earlier statements.
For the sake of my argument. It's a discussion after all.
if it costs u money 2 stroke ur coque i recommend u see a doctor buddy that is if your job provides healthcare or else i'd recommend you take a trip to sweden to see a doc for 400% lower price
Lube is expensive nowadays.
FP Welding meet up now. You act like welding takes no skills son. I will school you.
I actually really want to learn how to weld.
No I was saying that it's possible to get a real job. But I will keep stroking my dick because I CAN AFFORD IT.
yes it is possible that doesn't mean that everyone who doesn't get one is lazy, it means that the job market is flooded and they are unable to find one packing up and moving across the state to get a job that pays an extra $1/hr is not worthwhile. you have a welding apprenticeship, good for you. plenty of people I know are waiters, and they'll make $20+ a night from tips. they must be better than you because they earn more and work harder.
yes it is possible that doesn't mean that everyone who doesn't get one is lazy, it means that the job market is flooded and they are unable to find one packing up and moving across the state to get a job that pays an extra $1/hr is not worthwhile. you have a welding apprenticeship, good for you. plenty of people I know are waiters, and they'll make $20+ a night from tips. they must be better than you because they earn more and work harder.
Well tips all depend on the day of the week and the customers. Also most welding/machinery/factory jobs have benefits.
No I was saying that it's possible to get a real job. But I will keep stroking my dick because I CAN AFFORD IT.
You keep using that term "Real job" What does that mean? Does it require the work to be hot? sweaty? hard? Remember that there are people who do far less than you do and make much much more money, is that a real job? It seems that you are kind of upset that you have to work so hard, and you are paid slightly better than burger jockeys, so you shit on everyone who isn't a welder or a construction worker. I am a man who appreciates hard work, but you don't see me being a dick to people who don't work in the same field I do. Just a question are you part of a union?

[editline]Edit:[/editline] I would like to nominate myself for atleast number 4 on the offical FP idiot list.
Real job means above minimum wage + benefits + you can make a career out of it.
So you don't consider for a second that there are literally tens of thousands of people who make a career out of fast food? If you spend enough time with them, you will usually end up with a fairly decent wage and benefits, if not a promotion. I think that your problem is that you NEED to feel superior in order to have reason to keep doing what you are doing. That is just sad, and no way to live at all.

Yeah if you own the building which would require $300-$500K at the minimum. [editline]Edit:[/editline] I was gonna open a DQ with a good friend of mine but it was $400K to even start it up. We looked into Jet's Pizza and that's like $700K
Career out of fast food? Yeah if you own the building which would require $300-$500K at the minimum.
This conversation is over since you have no knowledge about what you are talking about, and can't take the smallest amount of time to do any research before you start typing. Good luck when you are 40 and can't even stand up and you find out just how many benefits you actually have.
Career out of fast food? Yeah if you own the building which would require $300-$500K at the minimum.
so is me being heavily involved in community service clubs throughout high school a wasted investment is me going to africa for a gap year to help people not a career opportunity oh wait i can build a career out of community service and helping people and not being a self-entitled welder who thinks that poverty is cured since he happened to find a job
Lmao okay man whatever floats your boat
so is me being heavily involved in community service clubs throughout high school a wasted investment is me going to africa for a gap year to help people not a career opportunity oh wait i can build a career out of community service and helping people and not being a self-entitled welder who thinks that poverty is cured since he happened to find a job
Yeah but that won't get you a real job where you can wave your dick about on the internet!!
to get back on topic, helping people is a good thing to do and 2,000 people is nothing also why do you think that these 2,000 people won't become welding apprentices and are inherently bad workers? oh i know because they're foreign lol
As a final statement: I never said I was against helping others. I don't think poverty is "cured" I simply said people in the US don't take advantage of their opportunities as much as they should. I don't think I'm fucking amazing because I weld; I'm fucking amazing because I'm god himself. Fuck liberals. I want to emphasize that. No hard feelings, but seriously I love Dairy Queen. I am a xenophobe and I admit it.
