Jordan's Arab Spring protests intensify as demonstrators call for 'the downfall of the regime'

Having lived in both Syria and Jordan for a while, I can easily say that Jordan is better. Obviously, this was before Syria was turned into a war-torn shithole, when it was just a shithole. Jordan at least had some westernization to it, but even then it was a bit iffy for me.
Though, it's very interesting to go to Jordan and hear the history. The Circassians practically built the damn country though, and seeing the Honor Guard was pretty dope too. Shit, if I could, I'd meet the King too. He seems like a decent person, sorta.

the casualties and overall damage in Libya and Egypt, let alone combined together, isn't even close to whats still happening over in Syria.
No not half of Arabs claim that, I don't know where did you read or hear that..
It was a slight exaggeration. But, many many Arabs do claim to be a descendant, do they not?

or like Europeans claiming to be descendants of Charlemagne?
Charlemagne lived long enough ago that he is an ancestor of almost everyone in Europe
same goes for Genghis Khan in Asia (if not in many more parts of the world) and pretty much anyone else that lived that long ago

That one is actually fact and has been proven by DNA testing, if I recall rightly.
