I still enjoy my 7+ year old Nokia tube telly  even though I pray that the piece of shit would go burn in hell while being crushed by Lucifer himself. I mean I still enjoy it!
wanking now
I didn't even know my monitor could display all those colors.
wanking now
i dunno about you guys, but i wasn't looking at that screen
But where will the inputs be? In the base?
The base seem like the only logical conclusion, no part of that TV is thick enough to allow for an HDMI port.
i dunno about you guys, but i wasn't looking at that screen
What were you looking at then? That LG logo in the background?
I'll wait a few years. 10 or so should be fine.
Why am I not impressed?
Why am I not impressed?
Because there isn't much to be impressed about.
LG's OLED TV will cost $8,000, will drop to $4,000 by end of 2013 I'm okay with paying $4000 for this.
Considering back in 2001 a 52" plasma would cost you about $10 000 and OLED has some similar trade-offs (like the fact thatit is EXTREMELY vulnerable to burn-in) that is a pretty fair price. Edited: Hell, back in 2001 a 52" rear projection TV cost about $3000.
wanking now
Just showed both my parents and they were at awe. But they were more worried about smashing it like glass than the tech advancement. Plus, that woman is quite beautiful.
I hope they make a flexible version so I can just unfold my phone into a tablet and that into a tv.
So thin and smooth, damn I wish I was rich. [editline]3rd January 2012[/editline] What language is that?
French.
And all the Samsung LED smart TVs are 2k or less.
