Every juggalo I have ever known was a skank with a GED or less. This funfact must be legit.
Well it's your lucky day. I'm a Juggalo, and I have two accredited college degrees.
As I said before, it's just a group of fans not a gang. It's entertaining. After you take away everything else, it's people painted like clowns on a stage. People just have different tastes. I listen to ICP, but also ACDC, Guns N Roses, and Pink Floyd. Everyone's different.
As far as the story goes, honestly the car getting destroyed doesn't surprise me. Someone got their stuff stolen and there was a witness. After checking the "suspects" car not only was their stuff found, but alot of other peoples things. The first couple probably got angry, along with all the other people whose stuff was stolen and escalated. Eventually the typical mob mentality took over. What does surprise me is the fact that they stopped there. Generally mobs continue destruction after that. Not only did they stop, they actually found the guy and restrained themselves from doing more than just chasing him out of the event. Generally mobs like that tend to cause a lot more destruction or injuries, and have to be broken up by police or security.
But your average music fans don't say "WERE FAMILY" that's what gangs say (unless your really family of course).
Clearly you have never heard of Woodstock. Think of it as a scaled down version of that, with different music.

a BA in beer drinking, and an AS in butt fondling?

Just gonna say you're a retard for calling yourself a Juggalo. I think its fine to listen to whatever music you like, but when you label yourself after a bunch of jackasses then its a problem.
Aren't these exactly the kinds of things gangs say? Way to give the FBI a gun and tell them to shoot you in the foot.
I remember you saying this exact same thing a while back.

No it isn't. Is he causing world hunger by calling himself that? Poverty? Famine? Is he the reason the economy is down? It's not even close to a problem, it's the bare minimum of what constitutes as a "problem". I've seen bigger "problems" when I get gum stuck on my shoe. "Problem" isn't what describes what he's doing, not even close, he's just taken to name himself after a goddamn fanbase, not join motherfucking Al-Qaeda. So stop using the word "problem" without knowing what the true audacity of the word is.
As for the article itself, I can see this happening, a lot of music concerts with diehard fan bases usually have one or two incidents like this. Ever heard of woodstock? I'm not defending Juggalos or anything, but they aren't the only people who do this kind of thing. Still rather unfortunate that this happened though.

Actually they are in automotive and diesel technology. Considering going back and taking classes in fabrication and restoration. I like cars.
I don't actually call myself a Juggalo. But technically anyone who listens to the music can be considered one.
At one point the suspected thief was spotted nearby. Dozens of fans set after him, chasing him to the festival exit, where security staffers stopped the mob.
If it wasn't for security, they probably would have fucked him up.
Face it guys, when it comes right down to it they aren't different than another group of fans. All you are doing is discriminating against them because of their choice of music. They aren't just a bunch of gangsters, just like people who listen to country music aren't just a bunch of hicks. If this happened with any other band it wouldn't even be posted here.

Everyone's hating on you, but I don't. You're a strong, beautiful black woman who doesn't need this shit.
But I hate the shit out of the music you listen to and this supposed pseudo-culture called "Juggalo" because its seemingly only positive quality is the whole "family" mentality which actually seems to scatter apart in these situations and presents itself more as problem. Then again, only Juggalos I've met are creepy ass people chilling around corners, wearing mad piercings, funky ass clothes, and unnecessary amounts of eyeshadow and makeup.
I have never met a juggalo who bathes regularly
A gang would probably track him down and kill him, all they did was chase him away and destroy his car (which he was not in, of course). So they get to destroy a car without physically hurting anyone, and it's semi-justified (to them).
Sounds like your average mob of crazed [del]music[/del] fans to me.
you're thinking mafia, not gang. these people aren't smart enough to get organized.

I discriminate against anyone who wears clown makeup but doesn't work for an entertainment venue

what's not mature about butt-fondling?
The issue here is that there is no "line" between Juggalos who are what we perceive to be Juggalos and savvy people who identify with Juggalos as a community.
Savvy individuals, such as ICP themselves or the poster who is defending Juggalos are just like you and I. They work, they dress well, they have likes and dislikes and can defend and justify them with valid logical constructions while behaving like normal society members.
The Juggalos we think of though are essentially white trash however. They embrace wanton violence and gang-like sentimentality and are united by a fairly specific taste. These are the people who commit violence and terror under the name Juggalo.
It would be no issue to tell the two apart if there wasn't this quiet compulsion for them to stand together, using personal credit as a shield for all. To say "Yes, we are all Juggalos, and you cannot attribute this reputation to us! Look at me as an individual! I am respectable!" But the fact is, just like the creepy family down the street with three pedophile uncles and a methlab in the back yard, you have to accept that the actions of those bearing the title reflect upon all bearing the title.
Not to mention jesus christ on the cross some of their music is fucking terrifying. Chicken hunting as a not-nearly-fucking-unsubtle euphemism for theft and murder or what the fuck ever that song goes? That's not hate speech and terrorism? Holy god it's psychotic.

I have never seen another group of fans do this, please enlighten me though.

my god you're right, there are enemy agents among us.
we should probably set up some kind of committee in the house of representatives that can deal with this crisis.

I dunno, mabey because you guys are assuming an entire group of people are just a bunch of hoodlums with a combined IQ of a common squirrel? It's just discrimination, which I can't stand. I was attempting proving you wrong.
I mean sure I joke around a bit and make off colored jokes, but you guys actually believe the shit you're saying. This forum has always done the same. But this is ridiculous, and it isn't the usual kind of joking around I'm used to seeing here. You guys are actually voicing your actual opinions here. It's not just the Juggalos, I would be willing to jump in head first into a conversation like this about any group of people being blindly discriminated against.
I'll say it one more time, this is no different than any group of fans. If you actually went to the gathering, you wouldn't see a bunch of monkeys throwing shit at each other. What you would actually see is a bunch of people who don't know each other coming together of a common interest and having some fun. It's just good old fashion blue collar fun. Smoking a bit, drinking, being rowdy and just having a big party. Just like any college party, the only difference being the scale and music. Sure they may portray themselves a bit different, but really they aren't.

Don't know about the rest of these guys but I hate collective stupidity and mob mentalities, not juggalos. If any other group of people started ripping someone's car apart I'd be calling them morons too.

It's their choice to associate with others who act like that by assuming the label. When the common perception of a group is negative, choosing to be identified with that group is probably a bad idea if you're easily offended.
We don't want to go to their gatherings because we don't like the music, we don't want to be associated with all the negative aspects of the "family" and we're given plenty of incentive not to through personal interactions with Juggalos in normal social settings. Just about everyone talking shit here has listed at least one encounter with the oh-so-dreaded Juggalo menace. You say they're no different than any other rabid fans of a particular music group, but I don't see hardcore Toby Keith fans tearing cars apart and being labeled as a gang. As far as I know, nobody who regularly sings "Beer For My Horses" way too much hasn't thrown human feces at any reality TV stars.
