Don't start that shit posting. And yes, they can believe something, even if it doesn't exist, believing doesn't imply actual existence or not, only that in their perspective, it is real or not.
How literally stupid are you?
Actually, Muhammad insisted that Allah is the same God as the Christians worship when he was originally preaching.
Uh, yes it fucking does mean equal god.
It fucking MEANS god.
Yes the word 'Allah' in Arabic means 'God' in English, but he is implying that they are not the same 'guys'/
Interesting how the western media ignores things like this
Interesting how the western media ignores things like this
and uh why would they ignore things like this?
I cannot understand why people follow such a backwards, fucked up, out of place religion that has no place in modern society. Sorry, any religion for that matter.
"Allah" =/= "God"
Erm actually yes. Islam and Christianity are both derived from Judaism, they have the same stories and people, but with different names.
Muslims believe in the existence of christ and believe he was a messenger from god but not that he was the son of god as they believe there is only one god.
Yayyyyy... Good job middle-east..
Was being sarcastic, but whatever.
great job on that post, typing it up and all, I see your elementary school education really pays for itself.
Sadly I didn't read it, shouldn't saved it for your 45 minutes of preschool tomorrow.
Sorry gp I didn't read your reply because I'm late for not reading someone else's similarly dumb posts
I'm sorry, but who are you talking about? I haven't seen a single post that's "cheering this on."
Winner x 12
And if Christian's were destroying Muslim business', nooooo that's racist
And if Christian's were destroying Muslim business', nooooo that's racist
I specifically remember mosques being firebombed in the US and it got at most a passing mention on the news
Allah is just god in arabic. Even christian and jewish arabs call god, allah...
I thought it translated to "All Mighty" in english. I could be wrong.
And if Christian's were destroying Muslim business', nooooo that's racist
yeah the bias is definitely against Christians in the world. I mean remember that time that all Christians were painted in the media as terrorists? No, me neither.
The double standards on facepunch make me ill.
The second they see something like a Christian business/church/organization destroyed or burned the article gets swarmed with winners, then it turns into a giant Christianity hating circlejerk or some other religiously fueled debate.
Really? There are more hearts than all the other ratings combined in this thread.

Religion
How not?
The stories, lore and teachings differ. Most monotheistic religions, and even some polytheist religions follow the same guidelines and hold a ton of similarities, but there are key differences that are a big deal for people as deeply involved in their belief as these people.
I'm curious as to what the "fiery sermon" was. If there were Christian preachers coming into a predominantly Muslim area trying to teach the word of their own Christian god, I would be a lot less surprised this took place.
Not that any of this was justified, hopefully I'm not coming off that way, but yeah I just wonder what that "fiery sermon" was all about
God damn half the people in this thread have some serious double standards against Christians.

How? Who in this thread is supporting the destruction of Christian-owned businesses?

All the people who rated the OP winner could be said to be supporting it, what other reason would there be to rate it winner than to show support for the destruction of the businesses?

I find it very easy to understand why you can't comprehend the fact that not everyone is as atheistic as you are.

If you are brainwashed by your religion since the day you were born, you are easy to manipulate.
I spare no love for Christianity but i can safely say WOW. Fuckheads like that mob are what is propagating the FALSE fact that the U.S. is a battleground. Morons.
I tought it was stated in the Koran all the poeple of ''the book'' essentially believe in the same god, and thus Jews and Christians had the right to live. Something is stated like '' Our Allah and their allah is one''. However the Koran also contradicts itself by saying to never associate Allah with any other god.
Late, but the Koran acknowledges the contradictions. You're supposed to listen to the sayings said later in the Prophet's life.

If I remember well, that's when all the stories of compassion and love came from.

Allah is the Abrahamic God you dunce.
This reminds me of kristallnacht.
Explain to me how this a good thing, because all of you are looking really fucking childish by cheering on these people for destroying businesses JUST because they're Christian-owned.
Muslim-owned = HOW COULD YOU THIS IS SICKENING
Jewish-owned = OH MY GOD YOU SICK FUCK TOO SOON
Atheist-owned = EXECUTION!!!! RIGHT NOW!!
Christian-owned = Way to go! You guys are my heroes!

The difference being that Kristallnacht was looked upon favourably by the German government of the time, and this is not being approved by the Iraqi government. If you read the piece, it says that "pro-government crowds attacked Islamist party offices", implying that the government is against Islamic Radicalism.
