Bit on the fence on Mad Max, i think they more or less got tasked to create the game rather then they themselfs wanted to make something from it. Between the entire Mad Max game was developed, they were also working on Just Cause 3. So it feels a bit like a cash-in. That said, i played it for 2 hours and found it amusing but like my friend said, it just gets repetitive after a while. Even if it is made by them, i just wish for a new IP or something like it, i hope they become the new Pandemic Studios since i was also a huge fan of their games (Mercenaries 1 + 2, The Saboteur, Destroy All Humans, Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2)
Mad Max is 72% off on g2a, not a bad deal honestly.
Mad Max wasn't a bad game if you ask me. It was a solid 7/10, maybe an 8. Don't buy it at 60 bucks, but it's a perfectly serviceable action game.
They're also releasing globally at midnight, so everyone unlocks at the same time. None of this "Gotta wait 4 hours because timezone" crap.
I'm going to guess UTC, right?
It's saying midnight for me on the Pacific west coast.
JC3 was developed by the NY studio, while Mad Max was done by Stockholm studio.
My old teacher is working on lighting in just cause 3 (and also for mad max) so not completely true.
