• Pentagon OKs lifting ban on letting women serve on subs.

Good. Other navies do this with no problem, and our own navy already does this with no problem on surface ships. It's idiotic that this policy was ever in place.
goddamn west treating women with respect
goddamn west treating women with respect
Need more lashing and flogging.

So it's no longer the Gavy it's the Lesby?
Who put this in place to begin with?
people in the 1800's
I guess you could argue that the military has been treating women like subhumans on this subject matter.
The Navy's gonna see some changes now, no doubt about that. It's also a victory for military women, too. I imagine Russian guys and skinny men in sailor suits. Not to mention a balding muscly badass with a moustache and a lit cigar.
Sidrovich?
They've been doing this on Australian subs for 20 years and it's worked fine
Probably because everything is so censored the men don't know what the fuck a vagina is.
Probably because everything is so censored the men don't know what the fuck a vagina is.
:iceburn: Brilliant, truly brilliant.
Sidrovich?
Sandvich?!
That is pretty big actually. You would be surprised how many women get pregnant while on duty on normal ships..I mean it isn't overwhelming but still, you would figure people would be smart.
My mom got pregnant with me on a ship.
I'm sure everything will turn out fine. Women are naturally better shots than men, anyway.
the pentagon regulating a fast food industry, not surprised.
I thought it was "Iraqian resturaunt OK's serving women on subs." Like they were chopping up women and putting them on subs.
Oh. I swore this thread was about Pentagon allowing women to SERVE sub (Sandwiches) at the pentagon. :saddowns: But on topic, I wonder why it was banned anyways. We're not too sexist this day in age.
How did the massive amount of feminists not already protest this ban to shit?
Being trapped on a tiny vessel under the ocean for extended periods of time causes tension and stress. This is exacerbated when placed in an environment with the opposite sex.
Well there's an easy solution to that problem.
All the men will be creepers. ._.
Who put this in place to begin with?
Because sexual assault in the Navy (well, military in general for that matter, but mostly the navy) is common place. Having a few females stuck miles below the surface for months on end IN ALL UNISEX facilities (Including berthings, showers and bathrooms) with an almost entirely all male crew is a bad idea. I mean what the hell do you think is gonna happen? Also, a lot of females in the navy tend to get pregnant. This has nothing to do with women's rights, it's just a REALLY REALLY dumb idea to do it, which is why it was banned in the first place. Subs have the INABILITY to make room for separate sexed areas, all facilities are unisex, so it was just simpler to have an all male crew.
I suppose they were under a lot of pressure.
