this isn't true if you're in an area with a lot of different "races". I live in the bay area and when I go to my local fry's (Electronic store) I see so many white/asian, indian/white, sometimes even latino/indian or asian/indian and every now and then white/latino couples. Though white/asian are the dominant ones, that and asian/asian, hardly see any white/white though. Then again it is a Electronic store that sells lots of computer stuff.

Second this. I think Latin chicks are fucking hot, Japanese broads can be particularly stunning. However, I can definitely say there are loads of hot black chicks that give me wood, however, most are from what I can see/guess/assume, are of mixed race variety. Beyonce, Laura London, Halle berry, Kerry Washington, Rosario Dawson etc, all good examples of cocoa skinned beauties.

Because Racism has taken on a new face. In many ways in America black and white are ignorantly treated unequally and it's going to take a lot of social change for that to change. So long as we differentiate races by providing grants and funds for some and none for others we are becoming more and more aware of segregation in a new light. Teachers need to begin teaching that race is a determiner of heritage and not mental and social capability. Once we can throw away this double standard between the races we can perhaps see equality.

Well the mixed variety is seen as more attractive to most people from some studies I read about. Most of the time they have olive skin or a similar darker color but have features from different ethnicities.

Anyways I could probably see why this happens, kids are very egocentric until they reach the end of their adolescent years. And because of that and being raised in a predominantly white/black community it shapes their bias's towards either a opposing or supporting opinion of the people different from them. The whole ego thing comes in because they want to believe everyone is a supporting branch of them, and someone who looks completely different will seem like taboo to them.
