http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/ I know it's politifacts and I know a lot of these are stupidly nitpickey but plenty of them are major things to be lying about, I'd say dangerous even. I mean just pick out the more serious lies, if you doubt politifacts it's really easy to do the fact checking on each quote they provide, it's not hard to see the guy lies just like any other politician.
It's bizarre, really. People liked him because he wasn't a politician. Then he turns around and lies about things as simple as releasing his taxes, and they respond with "well he's gotta do something like a politician would lol". (I shit you not, my little brother has resorted to that defense about that very issue)
You could just read what I said :v: he's gonna speak his mind, not just lie through his teeth to the extent Clinton would have I'm not saying either is better, but it's no surprise Clinton lost tbh. She reeks of faux-generosity and "I'm super liberal now look!". That and the system is broken so he got in with 3million fewer total votes :V If you get 5% of what you expect with Clinton, at least you get 25% of what you expect with Trump. [editline]25th April 2017[/editline] It is a good thing, you know. Someone who will lie about nearly /everything/, from plans to intentions to their own history to their emotions, vs someone who will also lie about those things but not nearly on the same scale? How can that be objectively better? In the infinite words of William Blum: "No matter how paranoid or conspiracy-minded you are, what the government is actually doing is worse than you imagine". Clinton scared the fuck out of me, moreso than Trump during election-time. Now? He terrifies the fuck out of me at about the same level.
Donald Trump is one of the worst kinds of liar: The kind that believes his own lies.

Clinton would say "We need to somehow stop terrorism" and she would then consult with people to figure out how to do it together. Trump would say "We need to take out their families" which is nothing but a recruiting tool that ISIS and others use. The fact that Trump scared you less during the election cycle than Clinton shows how little you know of the subject.
[editline]25th April 2017[/editline] tl;dr he's scary as fuck too but at least you can see the gun pointed in your face instead of it being at the back of your head Also, I was referring to election-time and the lead-up. Not now :v
Except the analogy doesn't fucking fit. Trump is a shotgun pointed directly at your face, while Clinton would be a water pistol filled with piss pointed at your face. How the hell can people be this ignorant I don't get it. Trump has ALWAYS been a conman with no regard for facts or science or truth, who appeals to racists and radical nationalists and his own cult of personality for support.
I hope you don't honestly believe this.. just stopping you there. The fact that you think she's this harmless little do-gooder is absolutely terrifying. They're both very bad candidates, but like wow. Talk about Stockholm syndrome, dude. Clearly there's a large misunderstanding on your party about her past conduct, ideology, and associations, so I'll just stop. This is pointless now lol
Please explain how he's wrong. You're saying she wouldn't consult with experts in the administration?

Clinton's a fraud but she isn't fucking stupid, she's gonna say the politically correct thing but she doesn't have Trump's "I know everything all the time" ego and just say "nuke them" or something like that. Unlike Trump she's actually held public office and she knows exactly how advisors and consultants and, most importantly, geopolitics works.
I'm not saying that misogyny is the reason why Donald became president (Clinton actually won the popular vote, so most Americans actually wanted her), but consider the large overlap with /r/theredpill subscribers and political conservatives. You can't say that misogyny DIDN'T play a role when there was so much sexist rhetoric coming from Donald's camp that he did nothing to denounce (not to mention racist and anti-semitic rhetoric)
