Guns don't kill people.
marijuana does [editline]17th May 2012[/editline] god damn ninjas
Even if he was smoking a bit of weed, and even if he kicked Zimmerman around, it doesn't change the fact that Zimmerman was armed and went looking for a fight with a teenager who wasn't. None of this shit would have happened if Zimmerman had listened to the 911 operator and not aggressively pursued him. Bottom line, Zimmerman should have been minding his own fucking business instead of playing vigilante.
Apparently one of his neighbours said that "he didn't like black people [sic]"
Marijuana is infamous for turning people into rage filled psychopaths with a taste for the blood of the innocent.
I thought that was religion
So I guess Martin got wasted before he got wasted...

According to his story he was attacked from behind after he lost track of where Trayvon went. Doesn't seem to me that he was looking for a fight if that's true
Guns don't kill people.
Yep, that's right. Guns don't kill people, death kills people. Ask a doctor; it's a medical fact! You can't die from a bullet. You can die from cardiac arrest or organ failure or a major hemmorage, a small piece of metal ain't the problem! :v:
durgs killed my father and raped my mother.
They have released pictures of George Zimmerman's injuries looks pretty consistent with his story of having his head slammed into the pavement, my guess is that he'll probably get acquitted. Maybe he will be able to sue NBC afterwards too, for spewing lies to the public to defame his character
They also have pictures of him after going to the station with a severely swollen nose that appeared broken.

my guess: its impossible to determine if the killing was justified or not. to me, it seems there is one thing that isn't being said about the incident which would change everything.

[editline]18th May 2012[/editline] I mean, Zimmerman seems like a prick to me, but that doesn't mean he is culpable for murder or manslaughter.
He was keeping tabs on a stranger roaming around a neighborhood that had issues with crime (his job as neighborhood watch). According to his story he was attacked from behind after he lost track of where Trayvon went. Doesn't seem to me that he was looking for a fight if that's true
Uh yeah, he was clearly looking for a fight. This ARMED guy was told NOT to approach him, he did, he kept making comments about how they always get away, calling him a coon. The guy wanted to be a fucking superhero for the area. Not only that, on his fucking website, he has a quote pretty much fucking saying he's a hero. This guy has a superiority complex miles high. This reckless behaviour caused the death of a teenager who literally did nothing to appear like a criminal other than wear a hood and be black.
This entire case just points out how ridiculous the stand-your-ground law is when the claim of self-defense falls upon the person who survived, why should we automatically assume that Zimmerman was defending himself when he caused the conflict in the first place
Oh well then he obviously deserved it I mean Zimmerman must be an undercover DEA. 1 less pothead to roam the streets ruining peoples lives.
Now I'm trying to think of how a high person would ever assault another person for NO reason what so ever. You just don't do that when you smoke weed.
Now I'm trying to think of how a high person would ever assault another person for NO reason what so ever. You just don't do that when you smoke weed.
Ah, but smoking it can make you paranoid, and if you are paranoid and you're being followed by a mexican guy who you know has a gun, you're probably going to fight them in an attempt to protect yourself.
Now I'm trying to think of how a high person would ever assault another person for NO reason what so ever.
Bullshit, blanket statements like that are just plain out wrong. Stoned people have started fights with me on more than one occasion.
As an angry person who smokes weed, I've never started shit while high. May not be true for everyone, but it's god damn close. You just don't do it nearly as much.
Even if this guy is released, his life is ruined because of News scum
As an angry person who smokes weed, I've never started shit while high. May not be true for everyone, but it's god damn close. You just don't do it nearly as much.
This is why I'm saying that his THC levels are irrelevant. It doesn't keep someone from assaulting another person, but it doesn't necessarily cause it either. Plus there is no way of knowing if Martin was actually intoxicated at the time, only that he had THC in his system at the time of death(so he could have smoked the day before, or sometime in the past).
He was keeping tabs on a stranger roaming around a neighborhood that had issues with crime (his job as neighborhood watch).
Nope. He would have broken the explicit "do not follow" rule of Sanford's actual neighborhood watch program, in addition to ignoring its criteria for a suspicious person. He was a wannabe.
I wonder if Zimmerman was drug tested. Alcohol influences one's actions to be much more violent than marijuana's influence. Also, I hate when drug is used as plural. Marijuana is one drug, there were not drugs in his system, there was one drug.

The simple fact that he had used drugs will make him the unquestionable villain for alot of people.
Maybe he will be able to sue NBC afterwards too, for spewing lies to the public to defame his character
I hope he sues all the outlets who blew this story up. They ruined his life, even if he's found innocent, nearly everyone is going to know him, anywhere he goes.
Um dude THC has many different atoms that make it up therefore THC > 1 therefore it's plural duhhh.
You make up many different atoms so I guess I should refer to you as a people now.
This entire case just points out how ridiculous the stand-your-ground law is when the claim of self-defense falls upon the person who survived, why should we automatically assume that Zimmerman was defending himself when he caused the conflict in the first place
you don't even know that what the fuck
Well this changes everything. He probably overdosed on the marijuana before Zimmerman shot him anyway!
Now I'm trying to think of how a high person would ever assault another person for NO reason what so ever. You just don't do that when you smoke weed.
Plenty of people do who would do that when they are sober, tons of gangsters smoke weed and it doesn't make them nice. [editline]18th May 2012[/editline]
You make up many different atoms so I guess I should refer to you as a people now.
everything is a plural now.
