"What the housewives of Australia need to understand - as they do the ironing - is that if they get it done commercially, it's going to go up in price" Do you like lack the ability to read or something do I need to underline every word I type
Are you purposely lying or can't you read? He is talking to the housewives of Australia there, not "outright saying women should be home doing the ironing" like you said. Are you really this dumb?
Centrelink should be abolished.
No, it shouldn't it should be regulated more as people tend to exploit it if you even follow the liberals properly they want to place food stamps for half of the payout to the people who are in desperate need of the money to minimise alcohol and drug use of the money. abolishing centerlink would bring about rampant poverty to Australia with our high standard of living Mind you I'm still a liberal supporter in a sense but i really much rather malcom turnbull.
We have a mixed economy here, capitalism and social programs. Social programs like medicare
Medicare needs to be privatised.
Medicare needs to be privatised.
you're joking right? this has to be a joke

Are you really this dumb?
oh god you're actually taking it that literally I'm done, if this is what arguing with liberals are like I'd rather shoot myself quite frankly [editline]d[/editline]
Medicare needs to be privatised.
in fact nevermind, I'll just shoot myself anyway
Medicare needs to be privatised.
Because privatised healthcare works so well for the Americans.
None of these liberals seem to be realising the main reason everyone is pissed is not what Abbott will do, it's what he won't do. And he's literally told us he won't do it. Let's see. Marriage quality. NBN. Anything to do with climate change. Treat asylum seekers with any sort of human decency. Additional spending on education.
I'd be using the word everyone carefully. Labor used that as an election platform, and lost the election. Give the Liberals a chance - it hasn't even been a day, and they have not yet been sworn in. I would rather Labor in Government, but the people of Australia have said otherwise. There's no point in getting your knickers in a knot - Liberals do not mean the end of the world, and they certainly won't turn Australia up side down, despite what Reddit and Facepunch think.
Medicare needs to be privatised.
But if it was privatised, how would you be able to afford medical bills? [editline]8th September 2013[/editline]
Or maybe they could, ya know, get a job and work for their money instead of leeching from everyone else.
I didn't know we lived in Jobland where everyone can get a job to the first place they apply to.
Or maybe they could, ya know, get a job and work for their money instead of leeching from everyone else.
I don't think you are quite a liberal in fact cause you're leaning much further than that . Liberals will never abolish centerlink, many people who do get centerlink already have a job but live on edge from falling into poverty. While there is a number of people who exploit this scheme we just need to regulate the system better and check people's background more often. Centerlink helps student, single parents, pensioners and a whole bunch of legitimately disadvantaged people YOU'RE NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LIBERALS

[editline]8th September 2013[/editline] I didn't know we lived in Jobland where everyone can get a job to the first place they apply to.
ill tell ya what though the unions and labor have made it much harder to get a job
Or maybe they could, ya know, get a job and work for their money instead of leeching from everyone else.
Alright, I'm gonna have to be honest here. Mate, I'm disabled, the exact nature of it isn't important, but it leaves me canebound, so I'm on the DSP. I'm still able to work, and I've been actively looking for work, both by myself and through various job-finding organisations, I believe I'm currently on the books of four of them at the moment. So far, the only work I've been able to find was at a chocolatier when I was 18, folding boxes. I had that for a month, then the GFC hit and everything went to hell. I naively stayed where I was born, expecting to find more work fairly easily, since the vast majority of people my age left. Nothing except work experience, which was an utter joke. Last year I moved to the city, expecting to find work there. Nope. Am I reliant on the taxpayer dollar? Yes. Do I want to be? Hell no. I want to do things people my age do, find work, chase a bit of skirt, all that kind of stuff. Offer me a job, and I will take it. All I ask is that it consist of an honest day's work for an honest day's pay, and not crap like "Work for us and we'll be able to start paying you in 2 years. Maybe. Sound like a good deal?"
Don't feed the troll.
Medicare needs to be privatised.
Let's make it harder for families who don't have private health insurance even harder
If we got rid of the minimum wage there would be more jobs. Unions should also be abolished. Labor supporters can't see past their stupid regulations and restrictions on the market that make it much harder for employers to hire people.

Do you actually believe what you say?
Don't feed the troll.
I'm pretty sure it's just cartman under another name now. Like who actually says this:
Or maybe they could, ya know, get a job and work for their money instead of leeching from everyone else.
And actually believes it is that easy to just waltz into a job and get it. Like you have to be brain dead to think that is a smart thing to say.
I'm pretty sure it's just cartman under another name now.
It can't be cartman, his spelling and grammar are way too good.
If we got rid of the minimum wage there would be more jobs. Unions should also be abolished. Labor supporters can't see past their stupid regulations and restrictions on the market that make it much harder for employers to hire people.
ok youre mad
I'm feeling better about the Liberal party being in now, because you make Abbott look like a communist. Do you actually believe what you say?
Why wouldn't I believe what I'm saying?
Why wouldn't I believe what I'm saying?
you poor deluded thing
Why wouldn't I believe what I'm saying?
Well, your calls to privatise health and education, ban unions, remove minimum wage, get rid of Centrelink, supporting an internet filter. Granted, the latter one is really a more minor thing compared to the others.
Why wouldn't I believe what I'm saying?
i hope you know that the liberal party aren't going to do half the thing you're going to say
Pretty sure he is an ALT of Cartman. :v: Considering that he joined on the 7th, and has posted more than 20 times in this thread. Of that which he has posted, he has the same opinions and flaming attitude.
Ultra Samurai is more right winged than Tony Abbott. I didn't think that was even possible lol.
wow got a cracker of a hangover
What sort of people even voted for the bastards? Talk about being brainwashed. I'm going to send heaps of emails to them about the NBN, who's with me? [editline]8th September 2013[/editline]
i hope you know that the liberal party aren't going to do half the thing you're going to say
The party is dedicated to doing things people don't want and ignoring what we do want.
