Looks like he was Putin us on!
"vote putin or else"
Maybe (though highly doubtful), but we know for certain that Stalin DID have millions systematically starved, shot, and imprisoned.
He did shoot and imprison them, but the starvation was more of a cock up in the 5 year plan than an attempt at genocide.
Looks like he was Putin us on!
we're gonna be Putin you in the naughty corner so you can think about how horrible that pun was
I guess you could say hes making sure he's Putin office :v:
Vote El-Presidente, or else.
This isn't suspicious at all.

It's hard not to vote for him
Tbh he has no style and looks pretty trashy. Have some respect for yourself Putin.
Not as rigged as Bush's election in the US.
Not as rigged as Bush's election in the US.
People wanted Bush though.
People wanted Bush though.
People also want Putin.

Oh hey, I didn't know Putin was going to be the main villain in the new Bond movie! :v:

this video shows the ballot boxes being already filled with votes even before the voting even began.
the man asks the woman about it and she says that she doesn't see anything. :v:
I also found videos of officals forging the votes at the table they work, people getting paid to vote for Putin multiple times and a video of the ink they use on the pens. (It can be rubbed off very easily)
Not as rigged as Bush's election in the US.
That's incumbency, the vote doesn't need to be rigged for that to happen. Voters do it themselves.
Unless you mean 2000's election in which case you can thank the Electoral College for that.
He did shoot and imprison them, but the starvation was more of a cock up in the 5 year plan than an attempt at genocide.
Uh not really. He specifically did not like Ukrainians and when he found out they were starving cause of his new agricultural distribution thing he just made a trollface
I read it was discovered that the ballots were written in erasable ink

Sad thing is that hardly any of them cared about him caressing them.
Try doing that in Australia and she'd probably kick your ass :v:
Not as rigged as Bush's election in the US.
That election was only rigged by a couple percent though so it's better
I'd like to know their secret.
More people vote for American Idol than the presidential elections here in America
I am confident that this was a fair vote. Almost everyone that hated him left weeks/months ago, or was otherwise "detained".

Damn, girls in Russia must be easier than bowling during an earthquake.
I am confident that this was a fair vote.
Most Chechens are for separating from Russia. I highly doubt all eligible voters in Chechnya would vote in federal Russian elections, and it's even less likely that over 99% of them would vote for Putin when he ordered the Russian military to invade Chechnya.
Wait, when did Putin order the starvation and execution of millions of innocent people?
true. but neither are in any way "democratic".

I have not logged on this site in a year but this caught my eye. Please don't talk about information you have no clue about. As a Sufi Muslim and half Chechen half Moroccan you disgust me. Why would we want Chechnya to be ruled by Wahhabi Muslims who will genocide and kill the native Sufi of this region. Inshalah you never know what that is like.
To the rest of the posters may do research from multiple sources. United Russia pours millions of dollars into this region (which pisses off the opposition). Also why would the vote be for the opposition when they hate dark skinned Russians and want to kill them(Communist and other neonazi-nationalist). But the election is between russian people only and I doubt the creditability of any western criticism.
It as comical as watching the news of protest in Moscow and showing palm trees with Greek police. But i guess they assume most people are too foolish to notice. Even more funny to see Fox News back the communist opposition who's leader called for full scale nuclear attacks on the U.S awhile ago.

I agree that quite a bit of the electoral fraud allegations seem a bit dodgy, but not this case at all
If you can find 99% of people to agree on something you are posting from an alternate universe
also you have a unique viewpoint so post more in this section
did your sect end up getting screwed over by both sides, or was it predominately the majority Chechens?

I was also surprised with how quickly Grozny was rebuilt

It's always good to hear from someone who can give us an insider opinion.

Rigged by Putin to make it look like Putin's opposition rigged the vote to look like Putin rigged it. :tinfoil:
Definitely rigged. There's no fucking way.

I am not giving my opinion on the election corruption since I don't have enough proof to point one way or the other. I just given a reason why the vote would be higher. Also most people really have no ideal who the opposition is, they are far more radical then the criticism against United Russia. Vladimir Zhirinovsky an opposition leader wanted to nuke Chechnya and the United States. Others are the same football fans who target dark skinned people and mad at United Russia for allowing immigrants. Also if you watch some footage these protests on TV, they show footage of rioting in Greece. I seen this on four separate news agency. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/russian-police-clash-with-anti-putin-protesters/2011/12/06/gIQAVpJDaO_video.html
Last few seconds show Greek police, others videos showed palm trees and Greek advertisements.

I am not sure what area you wish for me to go on, the comments about Chechnya? I just get annoyed when people have no clue about a complex area like that. In reality this region suffers from a civil war between native Sufi and Wahhabism from Saudi Arabia. The area is divided into a clan and tribal based society with Sufism a mystical moderate branch of Islam being the major religion along with Orthodoxy and Judaism. Due to years of state atheism, society had a gap and this led the way for missionaries from Saudi to come along with foreign Muslims. Most terrorist attacks in Russia target other Muslims, Mosques, imam's and women rights groups. Similar to around the world with Egypt, Iraq, Libya and Pakistan falling to Wahhabism.
