Everyone has equal opportunity. No one tells you what to do or where to work (yet). If you want to exceed and put yourself ahead you can.

that's not what equal opportunity means
Seeing Ragy's posts is bringing me closer and closer to fully agreeing with TH89 in every way just to distance myself from any possible connections that may be made between Ragy's viewpoints and my own.
And thanks for that PDF, it's an interesting subject. I still believe that there must be a better way of solving the problems however.
Thanks for reading it br0

I'm going to open a grocery store, get a monopoly in a small town, and put a big sign on the door that says "NO NIGGERS". Black people will just shop elsewhere; it's my freedom.
Paying people differently based on their sexuality, no matter which direction you're discriminating in, is illegal. This is to gays what affirmative action is to blacks.
They're going to get sued for it, and rightly so.
Campaign to change the laws, yes. Give people different pay based on sexuality? No.
Before you label me a homophobe keep in mind that I'm bisexual
The money cancels out the gay tax.
You would think that you, being bi/gay like me, would support it. Stop arguing the other side just to be controversial. This is good news. It's another pro-gay act.
There's a gay tax?
The cost of love isn't an abstract concept in my household: It's precisely $1,820 per year. That's the "gay tax" we shell out for me to be on my wife's (author is a women) health insurance plan, because her company must treat that benefit as additional taxable income.
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=104185289
