No matter what region you live in, US or UK, your keys will work for the beta. However, I have no idea if it'll affect latency on the servers, if you'll be forced to connect to UK servers or something, as these keys seem to force you to login on the EU part of the site.
I recommend that you start downloading now if you want to be part of the playtest tomorrow, as the updater takes a long time. The only known playtest for the Sharp Shooters is tomorrow, and no one knows when the one afterwards will be, if there will be at all, however unlikely that sounds.

What's up with the ridiculous requirements? I think this is the first game ever that has listed 4gb of ram as min requirement; It doesn't even look good. It looks like gta:sa.
