Alright, Let's clear some things up.
Last I checked, which was the NA Beta, All of their servers were in germany.
Even for the NA beta. There were no beta keys for the NA beta, Applications only.
The requirements are so high because the game is not completely optimized yet, however
the game will run at medium requirements no matter what you set it on, so don't worry too much.
Yes, there is a ton of lag, but the game looks pretty nice and is quite fun at times.
