Sens. Joe Lieberman and Scott Brown propose stripping citizenship of suspected terrorists

Fucking stop now you moronic Senators.
Doing this will only make the problem worse; ie: cause more violence.
I wouldn't have much of a problem with this except: where do you draw the line?
This is easily as bad as the guy in Virginia (?) who made a bill to deport all of the Iranian immigrants in the country. Probably even worse. Why are these people in office when they clearly don't understand anything about existing federal law or the Constitution? Congress has become a circus.
I'm not surprised, Libermann is a self-serving jackass.
This is an excellent idea!

no. not even in theory. Even if it were never to be abused and everyone persecuted under it actually is a terrorist, it would still be an attack on human rights.

no, this is fucking retarded on all levels. No good can come of this

no and that's not how you use spoiler tags.
Confirmed terrorists, yes, but not suspected.
Innocent before proven guilty, people.

What a confirmed terrorist?
The problem is the vagueries of this. It's too fucking vague.
Why is that furry republicans are ok with peoples rights being violated willy fucking nilly? But preach small government?

they also support the death penalty which means they don't mind the government killing people.

It doesn't matter if they're confirmed terrorists, by removing their citizenship, you are stripping them of the rights given to them by the Bill of Rights. That's revolting and blatantly unconstitutional.

I suppose. Perhaps we need a better way of determining if they're terrorists or not, which would give us enough evidence to convict them of their crimes, even under citizenship.

It really doesn't matter. That's not the point. The fact of the matter is
You're stripping people of their citizenship. This is fucking wrong. There is no way to justify this, not even fighting terror.
In fact, I'm pretty sure by allowing that to happen, you've let terrorism win.

I'm now agreeing with you. You didn't give me enough time to finish my edit.
This is a totally fine idea. I cannot believe how fine it is.
This is fine.
