The excuse for Pav though, was the cold conditions made it impossible for him to perform at the time, which makes sense if you understand how hard it is (at least have a educated guess) to actually perform Nessun Dorma. Still feels like cheating and a cop out, though.

I don't think you continue on singing if you get hit on the head so hard that you have a concussion, but I don't think you'd be walking away like that either so I'm really not sure.
