Weed killed my family and raped my sister.
He used to smoke the shit so I can see why.
I don't like Marijuana, it just seems to cause problems. It made one of my friends go insane.
He would have went insane anyway ganja just unveils underlying issues if you have them, like schizophrenia.
Excuse me, but I think you mean Guvenator.
Let's see how high this can get.
He used to smoke the shit so I can see why.
It doesn't have anything to do with that.
I don't like Marijuana, it just seems to cause problems. It made one of my friends go insane.
Then it's your friend who is the thing that causes the problems.
He would have went insane anyway ganja just unveils underlying issues if you have them, like schizophrenia.
Why I should never take it, I have huge problems with paranoia.
Why I should never take it, I have huge problems with paranoia.
Pffft pussy, what's the worst that can happen. Actually you may develop schizophrenia. Me I'm plain sailing, helps my migraines and shit :v:
people who get scared when they burn are really funny so are the fags that pass out
Success! Ok now lets do the opposite of what happened when it was illegalized and get the whole country to do this due to popular support!
Here in Massachusetts, possession of up to an ounce of marijuana is perfectly legal (if you're caught smoking it, it's a $100 fine, but cops have given up enforcing that part of the decriminalisation law) :v:

so i take it everyone on fp supports this, good cause going to jail for having weed is stupid
Why Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) ? Why?
Probably because running under the Republican party is much cheaper.
Bye bye black market.
Bye bye black market.
Not quite yet.
Probably because running under the Republican party is much cheaper.
That, and he probably couldn't be elected as a third party/independent. I've always thought Arnold was pretty middle-of-the-road.
I don't like Marijuana, it just seems to cause problems. It made one of my friends go insane.
Well alcohol and tobacco cause problems also but I don't see many people complaining. :colbert:
Its about time! personally i would rather it be decrimmed than legalized anyway...mainly because i never have more than a gram or 2 on me at any given time anyway :D
It's absolutely ludicrous to decriminalize instead of legalize. It's an oxymoron posed by the government (although isn't that what the government truly is? One big oxymoron?) saying it's okay to get this item, but not okay to produce it so you have the option to get it. Legalization is the only method that honestly makes sense.

If it is legalized then the tobacco corporations will absolutely have to get in on it + the government will tax the fuck out of it. Hello 1/8 going from $20 from your dealer skyrocketing to $80 from your local Shell.
Prices won't change much if it's legal, It'l be cheaper to produce and they have to be able to kill the black market, remember.
Two problems with your statement: 1. Logically the government has to collect incredible amounts of taxes on anything that they can. 2. If it is legalized then you can legally grow it, but the black market will still exist. The prices on the black market will go up to make more money to compete with the commercialized weed.

Like making and selling home-made pies, except with pot.

I find it odd how a state that decriminalizes weed, is pushing to stop the sale of M rated games to minors.
I think that you should need a permit to grow and sell pot. There are a lot of issues with home growers, mainly the ones that try to grow a lot and don't know what they are doing. It often leads to misuse of chemicals and wrecked land. If someone were to make their own beer, would you feel safe drinking it? If you were buying weed from a complete stranger, can you really trust them? Honestly I think you can but there would be some doubt in your mind. If it was regulated you'd know that you are not getting anything laced, you wouldn't get cheated, no chance of getting mugged by the dealer, the person creating the pot would have their farm meet certain regulations, the people on the farm would know what they are doing, and you could just trust the product. I think that having up to five plants should be legal, but I don't think unlicensed people should have the right to mass produce pot. It's pretty much my view on alcohol as well. I also think that having pot not be regulated would get rid of the whole argument for being for it for taxing. A lot of people are for it because if it was taxed it would bring in a lot of money. Get rid of that argument, you'd lose a ton of support.

It'l be cheaper to produce, so they make more money without the change in price. 2 So how's the black market going for alcohol?
The woods behind my school is filled with stoner kids.
