There absolutely is something wrong with that. Their words carry weight, so if they say shit irresponsibly, it has a big impact. And that's what the problem is.
Tough shit if the truth (which is what this is, provided they actually found new emails potentially pertaining to the case) has an impact; the media isn't prevented from spewing unprovable shit everywhere to attack candidates, why should a law enforcement agency be prevented from informing the public of hard facts that the public can make up their own mind about. Honestly, I don't even see who (voter wise) this would affect. It's been pretty clear from what has already been released Hillary and her IT staff acted extremely irresponsible--if not able to be proven to be acting in an illegal manner--in regards to the email server. This development changes nothing in that narrative.
It's not a conspiracy to lean on the side that helps your side. That's human nature.
That like saying crime is ok because it's human nature. It is conspiracy because you are supposed to do job whatever you were entitled to. If you are FBI head you should do the job as FBI head not help "the side you like" because it's "human nature".
What kind of moron actually investigates when the FBI agent overseeing Clinton's investigation received what, half a million dollars for his wife's political campaign?
Can you post some actual information on this? I seem to be having trouble finding anything on it when you'd think it'd be pretty controversial.

Her husband was running the Washington DC field office at the time which oversaw the investigation, and in the middle of the investigation he was promoted to directly oversee it himself.

Terry McAuliffe donated nearly half a million dollars to 2015 state Senate candidate A longtime Hillary Clinton ally donated approximately $500,000 to the wife of an FBI official who later helped oversee the investigation into Clinton's email use. WSJ's Devlin Barrett has exclusive details on Lunch Break with Tanya Rivero.
There's a huge difference between that and your original claim.
