Imagine Halo 3 Forge on PC
Imagine the modding
Imagine the possibilities~~
This seems far too good to be true, but if Halo actually comes up on steam my entire body may just implode.
Halo 3, Duke Nukem 3D, and Shadow Warrior have Official Groups (which have a View Global Gameplay Stats and Visit Store Page and several other tabs). Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior show seperate images in your profile groups page while not showing any images on the Official Group page itself; however Halo 3 doesn't have any images.
The profile that created/currently is admin of the Halo 3, Duke Nukem 3D, and Shadow Warrior Official Groups is tomb, probably a Valve account that gives admin access later on to official developers.

EDIT:
Halo 3 chat has 50 people in it.
If only microsoft would get their heads out of their asses and realise that there is just as big of a potential playerbase on pc as on console.
Looking at that list I saw a listing for something called Serious Sam: Revolution. I'm always down for more Sam, wish they'd port Next Encounter to PC.
But if Halo 3 PC end up being true then HOLY FUCK AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I'M SO HYPED.
I beat serious sam 3 too quickly
A new serious same game would be awesome
(hopefully its not another stupid indie game)
If it was as shitty as a port Halo 2 was, would you still buy it?
hype acquired
If half these rumors are true, it looks to be an excellent future for gaming.
Makes you wonder if Microsoft will try pulling another stunt like they did with Halo 2 being Vista only.
If they are porting Halo 3 hopefully they won't be that stupid.
Making Halo 3 win8 only would be literally the stupidest thing
and the fact that thinking about it, it's actually a possibility kind of scares me
If it is indeed Halo 3, they really should bundle it with ODST for the 'complete' package.
Also, with Halo 2 also being listed the server closure for Halo 2 Vista makes even more sense. They closed the original servers because the Steam version would use Steam's servers. Or something like that.

Halo 2 was not a shitty port (other than the completely artificial Vista dependency when it didn't even use anything DX10). It ran at 60fps and even came with an editor on release. (I might be wrong about that, not sure if first print copies had the editor).
Cool, Fez. I really want to play that game and see what all the fuss is about and if it's really as good as its overly pretentious creator claims it to be.
I really hate it when people say Fez is a bad game just because the creator is a huge cock. The creator's reputation should not effect the quality of the game, in my opinion.
Angry Birds Space
Angry Birds Seasons
Second Life
No.
Pls go.

The creator is pretentious and that reflects in his game
Its rather disconcerting to see that Second Life will be added soon. The game itself harbors a very, very strange community from the last time I played it.

Imagine the workshop now.
Imagine the workshop when Second Life arrives.

No different.
Imagine Halo 3 with mods.
Arma 3 Alpha as well.

I'd honestly doubt it being w8 exclusive since microsoft still loves windows 7

Did Microsoft hate XP when they tried to force Vista down everyone's throats?
my dick is ROCK HARD

except the locked field of view which sucked
Actually I'm surprised that Duke Nukem 3D still isn't on Steam. You'd have figured it would be by now, or back in 2011 as a preorder bonus for Duke Nukem Forever.
Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior will be added. Now we need Blood and Redneck Rampage and we have a nice collection of Build engine games. Also, are the DN3D expansion rare? Because Duke Nukem 3D is the only one being sold without expansion.
Also, KOF XIII, '98 and 2002. Please god, yes!
Good to see the master race is getting Halo 3
Enjoy an almost dead game fellas, it sure isn't 2007 anymore

If it's on PC, on Steam there will be shitload of players. Too bad Lost Planet 1 and Shadowrun killed the cross platform play concept for GFWL, m+kb users wrecked console players effortlessly.
Arma 3 Alpha as well.

This isn't surprising at all considering DayZ is already confirmed for Steam, always nice to see that upcoming games are going to have Steam support though.

It most likely won't be cross platform, and if it was then the online would be revived by PC players, which in turn would attract more console players back to settle the whole controller vs mouse+keyboard debate.
I don't really see why its so difficult to do cross platform then just add filters which allow you to both stop console players joining your games and avoid games that allow them, and vice versa for console players.

Weren't all of the D3D expansions made by third parties? That's probably the issue there.
Halo 3 always felt like a game that would have had a massive modding community
Just think of all the amazing things that never happened
New maps, armour, custom campigns, gameplay mods
If this pc stuff is actually happening then I will play the absolute shit out of some Halo 3
