Well at leasts thats one 11 y/o kid off XBL.
Just one day, maybe. Just maybe, all the 11 year olds on XBL would overcharge their parents credit cards and leave this planet.
Just maybe.
the xbox is still a hunk of shit though, only good for watching movies and being a cup rest for me.
My brother did the same thing with his PSP even though it fucking told him it was going to charge my mums credit card. We got a $300 bill. Fucking dumbshit says he didn't know.
Yeah, that's why the ask what credit card you want to use before you buy the points. So misleading
it doesnt ask shit its just click confirm go
You can delete the card right afterward.
the fact they save it without your permission is p. stupid
i'd not blame the mom.
i mean seriously, if the son pushes the "buy" button a hundred times and everywhere is "X£", how could he not know that he's like... spending money?
and saving credit card informations is stupid, too, imho (especially since i bet it doesn't explicitly state anywhere "WE ARE SAVING YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR FUTURE PURCHASES")
I could assume that I'm not alone when I state that if I did something like this, my parents would skin me alive. Multiple times. Then bury me alive. Then skin me again while buried.
Anyone else noticed the background?
His tag is Br3ndan J0rdan I think. Someone wanted to add him but it looks like his name with some numbers in there.
Why is the kid holding a ps3 controll in the pic.

It's a 360 controller.
But Dawn wants her experience to be a lesson to other parents and blames Microsoft for making it 'too easy' for her son to spend the money
Don't pin this on Microsoft lady, you're the one who didn't check how the system that handles the purchases works and you're the one who gave a kid the ability to buy whatever he wanted.
The mom's a babe, kid's a fat joke spending one thousand billion on microsoft, what a bitch
[editline]9th February 2011[/editline]
cant even take his fat fucking hands off the controller to take a proper fuckig picture
fuck you fat kid
Give him 10£ and he maybe won't use 990£ more.
I heard one about a kid who thought everything on PSN was free (because the credit card info was stored) and bought everything on PSN.

Oh shut the fuck up lady.
Who would've guessed she'd blame the company rather than her dumbass son?
I did exactly the same thing on the internet when I was 14. My dad wasn't impressed.
Where the fuck was my news story!
And surprisingly, it was £1000 too :D

More like who would've guessed she'd blame the company rather than her dumbass self.
did you buy goldmember 100 times?
it's not that good of a movie
:downsrim:
It's safe to say he didn't buy anything related to the Kinect.
The one thing I agree on of which the mother said is removing your details/cancelling something like your month subscription is an absolute pain in the ass.

It says he got a 1,000 BILL, no BILLION.
All that money going to waste for avatar stuff.
He could've bought Railworks with that money instead.
And have money left over.
did you buy goldmember 100 times?
Nope, suprisingly I was addicted to that game "there", and it gave me the option to buy stuff online, I thought a little here a little there wouldnt hurt anyone...
....turns out a month later and over 200 purchases did make quite a dent in my fathers wallet.
Still, looked good in my pimp suit.
