This also applies to medical fronts. Some people freak out and refuse to have life saving surgeries because their genitals may be seen. But to a doctor it's just a normal thing. Same with scientists.

If I remember correctly, it counts as indecent exposure and not protected by free speech if they just do it normaly but if it's part of a protest, it's free speech and they can't do anything. Pretty stupid really.
