It is completely possible with certain medications and the right stimulus for a male to lactate from their glands.
You've also shown a huge lack of knowledge about sexual stimulation. Mens nipples are prone to the same sexual stimuli as women's, albeit on a toned down level but for men nipples can still be an area of pleasure.

i don't think that men nor women would pleasure themselves via the nipple while topless in a public area anyways. What he is trying to say is that women's breasts are more prone to sexual purposes then men, mainly because female breasts are generally arousing to males and they can be used for sexual purposes. toplessness is more on the side of equality while shared bathrooms are more on the topic of privacy or cleanliness (men's bathrooms are clearly more disgusting than women's bathrooms).

I have no problem with women being topless. More power to them.
But they should at least wear a bra. Not because its more "decent" but because bras for women serve an actual function. But I guess if they wanna walk around with sagging breasts that's their choice. Most women I have talked to about it prefer to wear a bra regardless because they don't want sag, and for women with larger breasts it actually hurts to walk around all day without one because of the lack of support.
I'm all for this, but they lose their right to complain about people staring if they walk on a street topless

I support this out of principle but no matter what gender you are it's not acceptable in society to just walk around shirtless. If a man was walking shirtless down the street I wouldn't be too pleased, same with a woman. Although the woman would surprise me more because it's not a thing you typically see.
