can you really call it leaked? considering reviewers have their own copies already couldn't it just be a reviewer uploading the files?
Could be anyone who has access to a copy. Reviewer, retail worker, etc.
I like the part where [sp]I got you to click on my spoiler tags.[/sp]
how do games like this get leaked anyway?
your shitting on yourself when you say its going to be disappointing when you only have seen the severely downgraded graphics of the xbox, it it wasn't genuine gameplay
"severely downgraded" i know skyrim is going to be a great game and all, but you really don't have to say ridiculous shit like that. we know what the graphics are going to look like and nobody cares. elder scrolls games have always looked quite awful, see Morrowind: That was 2002! their games have always been famously lacking in the graphics department but it never mattered and it shouldn't matter now...
Ah, I understand. Captain Picard voicing the King in the first game was the highlight of that entire year.
Oblivion wasn't the first TES game

The game looks amazing for a 2002 game with the restrictions they had to deal with
] That was 2002! their games have always been famously lacking in the graphics department but it never mattered and it shouldn't matter now...
compare with deus ex [editline]2nd November 2011[/editline] Yeah but they really lacked on graphics
Not sure if you're trolling.
uhm, do you know what trolling is? my point was that the elder scrolls games have never focused on graphics. if people think the graphics are lacking they need to understand that the elder scrolls have never had top of the line graphics. yes those graphics look amazing for 2002, and Skyrim looks amazing for 2011 but only if you understand that it's not really reasonable to make skyrim have super-advanced graphics that can only use the lasted Directx 11.1 cards.

Elderscrolls games are famous for looking good, morrowind looked amazing at the time, and oblivion looked amazing on release too, the hell are you talkin' bout.
not gonna lie i'm pretty hyped on this game
What the fuck? Elderscrolls games are famous for looking good, morrowind looked amazing at the time, and oblivion looked amazing on release too, the hell are you talkin' bout.
Um, not really. Each game was pretty beautiful, but there were lot of games released the same year as them that looked better graphically. Looking up on wikipedia, I can find lots of games that looked better than them. For example, Medal of Honor: Frontline was released the same year as Morrowind. Dead Rising was released the same year as Oblivion.
What the fuck? Elderscrolls games are famous for looking good, morrowind looked amazing at the time, and oblivion looked amazing on release too, the hell are you talkin' bout.
uhm, how old were you back in 2003? i remember it requiring a very good PC to run and still having it look kind of good while other games looked great and needed far less power. oblivion the same, it certainly did not look as good as some of the other PC games we had around that time.
I'm not gonna lie, I think fucking Oblivion looks beautiful.
Ah, man, when you get to the one part where you kill all the dragons with a huge hammer and then eat their remains was freakin' awesome.
gross
He's not wrong. With the right mods Oblivion looks just as good as any current AAA release.
I liked the part where the game turned out to be disappointing
i like the part where you stop posting and kill yourself.
This game looks so amazing, I wish I had the money to buy it. Maybe I should start gambling or something.
I loved Oblivion until I had to find Ectoplasm for that bitch-face girl. I looked for hours on end and couldn't find the shit. Time to go back and play it I guess
He's not wrong. With the right mods Oblivion looks just as good as any current AAA release.
If you're justifying Oblivion's prettiness by saying "mods make it look pretty", you're pretty much admitting that Vanilla Oblivion didn't look so good.
I liked the part where the whole game turned out to be a dream
YOU... YOU... YOU RUINED IT FOR EVERYONE! WHYYY!?!
I don't know why you guys are saying Skyrim is going to look ugly, I'm sure we've all seen a bit of gameplay, it looks fairly decent!
The leaked introductory gameplay bit worries me slightly; particularly the facial animations. I had really hoped they had upped it substantially; but I'll keep my final judgment for when I have the game in my hands.
Where are the leaked videos
Where are the leaked videos
Bethesda is banning accounts all over YouTube, my account got banned. It showed 2 minutes of skyrim footage from one of the streams. No strikes, insta ban So be fucking warned and don't upload that shit to YouTube
Okay how about vimeo
Who would have thought that it would be the 360 version that came up for piracy first. Yet they people ignore the fact that there is just as much piracy on the consoles as there is the pc. I was going to wait until christmas to buy this, but i think i'm going to preorder it tonight.

Bethesdas Fallout3/nv is the latest game they made, thats a better example to go off. Not a game from almost a damn decade ago, you are the one saying ridiculous shit. I'm sorry, but to say "They make games with bad graphics" then point to a game that was made that long ago, which was actually pretty good back then, and they have to downgrade graphics for the size of the game, is absolutely barbarically stupid. And yes, I did mean "Severely downgraded" because the xbox was released in 2005, from what I know, its 2011 now, graphics have went very far. A PC could eat an XBox 360.
Um, not really. Each game was pretty beautiful, but there were lot of games released the same year as them that looked better graphically. Morrowind still looks good, especially of a game of that size. When you make everything as big as Bethesda does, you NEED to lower the graphics, if not by at least a little bit.
If you're justifying Oblivion's prettiness by saying "mods make it look pretty", you're pretty much admitting that Vanilla Oblivion didn't look so good.
While fancy shaders and high-resolution textures help, they are a tool and not a means. I should've said that the right mods make Oblivion look technically as good as any modern AAA release. Even without the mods those shots would look pretty much the same. Oblivion and Morrowind are still good looking games because of their respective art directions. My point is a game doesn't need DirectX11, tesselation, real-time x or whatever to look good. Portal still looks good even though it came out nearly four years ago, Psychonauts still looks fantastic even though it's been more than six, and I don't think you'll find anybody who considers Super Mario 64 to be unplayable because it's fifteen years old.

Portal 2, Bulletstorm, battlefield 3, every single one leaked first on xbox.
