Fuck, the DNC keeps shooting itself in the foot to protect Clinton. This is going to just be more ammunition for Trump during the election, and if Clinton somehow does actually get sent to prison for this there's no way the DNC will make a comeback and we'll get a far right shitsack in office that plans to take civil rights back over half a century and wreck foreign relations in an already frighteningly unstable global political climate. All because of corruption.
As someone who supported Sander I still would rather vote Hillary a hundred times over Trump if only for the fact that out of two corrupt candidates running in this farce of an election Clinton is actually competent as a leader, but now everything just seems fucked because we have an apparently proven and potentially convicted criminal being the only alternative to the psycho that regularly sends letters with photos of himself with his hands circled in gold sharpie to Spy magazine because they insulted the length of his fingers. And call me a single issue voter, but man, I really don't want to lose what little ground we've made in this uphill battle for civil rights over the past few years.

SHe has broken laws and it is proven.
The FBI statement clearly stated that she had about a hundred fifty emails on her server that should not have been on that server.
She shared top secret information on insecure channels sometimes while being inside advanced adversary countries as they call it...
Not only that, but when the FBI made requests of her to send all relevant emails it was noted that over a thousand emails were not handed over that should have been in that data package.
they even said its likely at least some of those emails would have leaked or were intercepted by hostile agents just on the basis of how easy it was.
BY law she is not allowed to send classified or even just political mails through her own server, it HAS to go through the government server...

What I don't get though, is why she can't be prosecuted for perjury, even if you accept that 'gross incompetence' thing?
She lied under oath about the emails and the FBI report shows that. Never mind the more obvious crime of negligence (at the very least), you would think that perjury was a pretty serious crime to commit for someone who wants to be POTUS.

She will be investigated for perjury; Congress sent a referral to the FBI requesting them to do so following the hearing.

Manning purposefully dumped as many documents as she could, many of which put numerous US servicemembers in direct danger.
