I don't know what this feeling is like. I haven't finished any of the HL games yet. I'm pretty sure many TF2 fans killed the Meet the Pyro update since they were expecting a Man Vs Machine update even though it has nothing to do with Meet the Pyro. Also this is pretty cool. [t]http://i.imgur.com/g38Bi.jpg[/t]
Well considering every single update before Pyromania had strings related to MvM, it not appearing in this update is severely disappointing.
At least now we have some idea of what's it going to look like.
Like I said, we won't know until the future. But your right at least we have some idea.
I really hope Valve is almost done.
Like I said, we won't know until the future. But your right at least we have some idea.
it's episode 3, it's obviously episode 3, it could be literally nothing else and it's sort of what we expected. Got to the arctic Crash your shit Fight Combine with rebels in the snow do some shit in with the Borealis Go to Zen Smoke ganja and complain about lack of good loot and artifacts Die in a blowout All expected.
Why would concept art for internal use be marked with a VALVE stamp? Maybe this is not so "leaked"? :tinfoil: Edit: My bad valve times did that.
Why would concept art for internal use be marked with a VALVE stamp? Maybe this is not so "leaked"? :tinfoil:
It says Valve Time Not Valve
Why would concept art for internal use be marked with a VALVE stamp? Maybe this is not so "leaked"? :tinfoil:
Its marked with the watermark of the website that released it.
it's episode 3, it's obviously episode 3, it could be literally nothing else.
I am aware of that, I wasn't implying that it was going to be a completley different game
conspiracy. major TF2 update today. EP3 concept art gets leaked. valve is up t' something
It's most likely just a bizarre coincidence.
I want to believe. HL2E3 is going to be the next Duke Nukem Forever. Long wait, ultimately disappointing. :v:
That's what we all hope that won't happen. Regardless, the time gap between Half-Life and Half-Life 2 is enough proof that Valve doesn't forget how to make games.
I wonder what is this "Valve Time" logo thing? Maybe like an archive Valve has for concept art and stuff?
They should've used the fat rochelle, named her Rashonda instead and given her lines about how independent she is. That would've made a better character
I hope it's real
I wonder what is this "Valve Time" logo thing? Maybe like an archive Valve has for concept art and stuff?
Its the watermark from the website that posted the pictures.
I imagine this is pretty much all they've done in regards to Ep3.
It's nice to know they haven't run out of ideas. I thought those two pieces of art they released a long time ago were it.
I doubt that they are making EP3. BUT there is a possibility I might be wrong. I mean, look at the girls holding the guns, those guns are too modern for half life's time (unless it's going to take place in the past) but the landscape art does look like something that would be in half life. We just have to wait and see what the future holds for us whether there is going to be a EP3 or not.
To modern? Half-Life 2 takes place in 2020 something doesn't it.
Well considering every single update before Pyromania had strings related to MvM, it not appearing in this update is severely disappointing.
It's not like it can't have its own update though. I can understand the hype for it, but bunching it with MtP just seems silly. Anyways, how have HL2 and HL1 aged? I want to play them sometime later.
To modern? Half-Life 2 takes place in 2020 something doesn't it.
I'm talking about the guns (but then I realized that was concept art for L4D2)
I'm talking about the guns (but then I realized that was concept art for L4D2)
Except that HL2 has guns more modern than those in it anyways.
If this is from 2008, then nothing in-game would look like this. This is some cool art, but nothing more.
Except that HL2 has guns more modern than those in it anyways.
But look at the pulse rifle, it shoots BALLS MAN! BALLS THAT DISENTIGRATE PEOPLE!
It's not like it can't have its own update though. I can understand the hype for it, but bunching it with MtP just seems silly. Anyways, how have HL2 and HL1 aged? I want to play them sometime later.
both incredibly well but you may have some trouble with the HL1 puzzles
But look at the pulse rifle, it shoots BALLS MAN! BALLS THAT DISENTIGRATE PEOPLE!
That's cause the combine need everything to be over the top because they're douchebags.
These are most likely fake, they seem to be random high quality doodles than anything, they're nothing solid, except for the character designs you can't draw anything from them when you go onto actually building except they're pretty, unless ep3 involved hallucinogenics. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/z6wls.jpg[/thumb] Think of yourself in a non concept role, what could you pick from this other than "swirly wirly photoshop brushes"
it's from a different fucking dimension lmao do you expect reality to look exactly like it does here?
What the fuck are you smoking? Fatter woman is holding a HK94, other one is holding a G36. HK94 was manufactured in the mid 80s, G36 was designed in early 90s and started manufacturing in '96. The MP7 in HL2 entered production in 2001....
I meant that the guns AREN'T futuristic like the pulse rifle
I meant that the guns AREN'T futuristic like the pulse rifle
Pulse Rifle's the only futuristic one besides the gravity gun.
Has Valve responded to this?
The MP7 in HL2 entered production in 2001....
actually it's a HK PDW :v:
Oh my god yes.
