The foster care system in Maine had something like this happen a couple years ago, they completely reworked the system and booted out a lot of parents . This right here is the fucking overseeing company/states fault. I'am in foster care (will be until I'm 21) I know how most of the system works, so for something like this to happen it takes a mega fuck up on the company/state end. Don't you all start hating on foster care just because there are shitstains out there who do this. Not every foster family keeps their kids locked up in the basement.
