In an otherwise completely flat river area, there's a single big hill in the city. The cops love to set up at the bottom to catch speeders but are more than happy to give kids a reading on their bikes. [editline]21st November 2014[/editline] They also have a first aid kit handy.

Good. This is the correct way to speed! What's the point in going like 10% over the speed limit? You only get your destination in 91% of the time. If you're going to speed you might as well go double the limit (at least) and get there in half of the time! Personally I'd have been cycling 20 km/h!
