"99%" of it looks fine because "99%" of people don't go too far and have self control. I know where you're coming from and I think people are misunderstanding me as totally demonizing plastic surgery, Im' not, but does the guy in the op SERIOUSLY need it? When you have hair lip and shit like that you should get it. It WILL boost your confidence in this case and you will have a much better outlook on life. But when your lip is good looking do you really need a lip "Improvement"? really? This is what I mean, how can you improve "Good" when "Great" isn't existance. Perfection of a face is where plastic surgery fails, when you try and get the "Perfect" face and obsess about looking "Too good" you look like shit and end up looking like a spooky robot man or something. the other images are improvements but only because they don't totally modify anything, simply moderately balance it here and there, I wouldn't agree with those but obviously it's their choice. At the same time, people that look good end up looking worse when they tweak it because it ends up unbalancing their face. Then there are people who take it too far, but those are the "Uncanny valley" ones we do not speak of.

I was going to ask why does the before picture look so 90s? And then I saw he's a 33 year old man. Talk about fucking creepy.

With all this said, I'm glad he wasted his life savings on this. For a person to be so stupid to do something like that, he shouldn't be trusted with a cent.
