Chicopee Man Faces Charges For ‘Put Wings On Pigs’ Facebook Post

So this guy's crime is being an internet tough guy.
Hate to say it but this is bullshit.
Simply a phrase used, not a threat. As much of an advocate I am for not putting dumb shit on social media, this isn't an offense worthy of prosecution. Dumb? Okay. Illegal? No.

Flying pig festival will be fucked downtown next year though.
He's a dumbass, but if there were laws against being dumb, most of the world population would be locked up right now.
He'll probably get off without charges, but the experience alone will be enough to scare him into saying such ever again.
Police had their feelings hurt, they become tattle-tales, some dimwit is given an idiotic charge.
Seriously, if these cops took a quote this seriously without any further evidence or establishing an actual motive or intent to do harm, they're just a bunch of crybabies who are unnecessarily lashing out against some easy target.
Also:
Chicopee police is comparing the post to yelling fire in a crowded theater and claiming the post “scared a lot of the guys.”
Are they serious? This sounds like some childish joke. How exactly do you compare some random guy's tough-guy act to committing actual public disorder? It's not like once it was posted, a shit ton of people suddenly started fearing for their lives, cops included.
put wings on pigs so we can have barbeque pig wings that would be delicious
