Nod is using Tiberium on kittens now? But actually. Thats pretty neat.
I read it as "We gave them a gene that resist kitty-aids... THEN WE ADDED ANOTHER THAT MADE THEM GLOW IN THE DARK BECAUSE SCIENCE." Was sad when I found out that wasn't the case.
Glowing kittens. Science, what the fuck man? You used to be cool.

glow in the dark kittens eh? neat!
I would freak out if I saw a glowing cat somewhere in the middle of the night.
My cat has feline aids. Can I sign up to be a glow person so I can save him?

I love cats and I love glowing things.... This is just... awesome.
Those cats must be like, WTF WHY AM I GLOWING I CAN'T SLEEP
Brilliant cat. Seriously, that's pretty rad.

The cats don't just glow in the dark. The gene that has been inserted has fluorescent properties which means that they only glow when subjected to a certain frequency of light. In this case, UV. Should take the cats to a rave :v:
I tried to make my cat glow once.... Let's just say I no longer have a cat.
Does this mean the Green Lanterns are also immune to AIDS?
How many years until they start selling designer glowing cats?
It makes them less easy to hit with cars.
These cats are fine. It's the blue ones that scare me.
I bet dogs think they are sky high
I didn't even know that cat aids was a thing
FIV. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. You should see ads all about it plastered all over your local veterinarian's office, if you ever go there.
I want a glowing pet cat!
I tried to make my cat glow once.... Let's just say I no longer have a cat.
I know how you feel. Science is hard sometimes. :(
FIV. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. You should see ads all about it plastered all over your local veterinarian's office, if you ever go there.
I just went there yesterday and saw nothing on the subject.
These cats are fine. [release] Scientist 1: Point the feline at the test board. Scientist 2: Raising UV light intensity. Scientist 3: Feline body radiation is peaking! [Rallying cry of observers and technicians]: SCI-ENCE! SCI-ENCE! SCI-ENCE! Scientist 4: WE CAN'T PUSH HER ANY FURTHER! SHE'LL BLOW.! *Lights dim, Cat flickers with electric blue light* Scientist 1: We have done it. The first completely biological particle accelerator. [/release]
I just went there yesterday and saw nothing on the subject.
Well, shit I dunno. I see them at mine. I mean, it's not a bigger concern than fleas or ticks or anything, not the premier thing they're worried about. It'll just be up there with all the other medicine ads and pamphlets about diseases.
Infecting kittens with AIDS? I mean I'm all for a cure for the damn thing, but animal testing is still wrong in my opinion. [editline]Lol[/editline] Well, as long as they don't harm them, or strip them or their freedoms. [editline]lol[/editline] Facepunch in a nutshell.
You have to make some sacrifices to move forward.
