I really hate Xbox's policy on early copies, if someone got one legitimately good for them. They don't deserve a ban
Gamestop managers get the game like a few weeks in advance of the release. Is it fair for them to play it before everyone else?
The handling looks like shit.
Each car handles differently, some cars handle like crap, some cars are smooth as fuck, every car you can upgrade to make smooth as fuck.
It blows my mind that someone suggested having two dogs humping each other in a scene, then a few other people approved and agreed that there should be two dogs humping in a scene, and finally that someone had to create the art assets, animate, and code the two dogs humping in the scene. Rockstar is slowly poisoning the minds of our children with dog sex.
He isn't supposed to reveal any parts of the game before the designated date.
Terms of Use agreements aren't legally binding, Microsoft is free to ban anyone they want but this guy would be well within his rights to get a refund for the game (and the console if he bought it recently) Of course that'd hurt the retailer and not MS but it's the retailer that assumes the responsibility

Playing games early is a very serious offense at gamestop, you will get fined and fired if caught. holy shit http://instagram.com/p/eLWW1RjzWj/
Good. Ignoring the fact that he deserves it because he broke the ToS, he deserves it purely for being so stupid.
Two dogs humping? It'll be the hot coffee mod all over again.
Two dogs humping? It'll be the hot coffee mod all over again.
The game contains much more than Two Dogs Humping, won't spoil it though. Actually, fordanords posted the vid a couple pops again.
[sp] I feel like this exact scenario is the problem that we're all seeing with huge development companies such as EA, TakeTwo, Activision, etc. etc. They make a sub-par quality game, because they're dry on ideas and motivation, only in it for the money, and then hide it all from the public with a HUGE veil of hype- then perform what equates to highway robbery. 'Don't like it? Ohh- Too bad. Well thanks for your money, and maybe we'll make Dead Space 4 [or insert any other EA sequel title here] the game you want.[/sp]
[editline]12th September 2013[/editline] But origin has a 24 hour return policy now?
Two dogs humping? It'll be the hot coffee mod all over again.
hot scooby snacks
Just more proof that sometimes Microsoft can make asshole moves.
I know he was dumb and all... but i don't see how he deserves to be banned from xbox live. He got the game, he plays it. He didn't hack xbox live or anything. If he stole it from a facility then this is a police case, but i don't see how this has anything to do with xbox live. What if i had a time machine and came back from the future with a legit copy of GTA VI, should i be banned? :(
I think travelling back in time with a copy of GTA V is more worthy of being banned than receiving the game early and playing it tbh.
Motherfucker, they've gone total war on the video. You can't find it ANYWHERE. I didn't even know that liveleaks deleted videos :v:
I got Sons of Anarchy spoiled for me and I am legitimately the saddest person on the face of the planet so I dunno what study you were lookin' at, sir
I got really sad when Portal 2 got spoiled for me. It was such an important twist. Well, people who have played through Portal 2 know what I mean.

I spoiled Bioshock Infinite for people by joking [sp]Elizabeth kills Broker[/sp], hell I still haven't played it. Which I should buy it to play it. But yeah, getting banned from live is stupid as fuck for this.
Just more proof that sometimes Microsoft can make asshole moves.
banning somebody for breaking the tos grrr i hate ms
Just more proof that sometimes Microsoft can make asshole moves.
I'm almost 100% certain that any company would ban somebody who breaks their TOS, considering that's the point of said TOS.
You break the TOS you get banned, simple as that. Is it a dick move? Sure, but that's how it works. They won't ban you for having the game early, but they will if you stream it online before the street date.
He broke TOS and on top of that the stores aren't even allowed to break release date so wouldn't that be kind of illegal too?
"Next gen textures" I really hope I don't see streaming textures load
"Next gen textures" I really hope I don't see streaming textures load
Im kind of worried if they made too many sacrifices by not waiting it out for next-gen. I can see some sort of "Remastered Edition" down the road with higher quality textures and such for the new consoles. Hopefully PC would get the same.
I've been watching a lot of leaked footage and I haven't seen any horrible texture problems so far I wouldn't worry too much about that
Nothing like hype overshadowing objective thinking.
