Infrastructure gets destroyed, places of business get destroyed, small businesses are forced to close, employees get displaced, things get backed up for quite some time. And what about the people that don't have insurance? Hurricane Ike fucked over a ton of peoples lives and careers. As will this one probably.

So it does kind of suck for those guys.

What I'm saying is that ~30 deaths is still worse than 0, and a good amount of jobs will still be lost due to the hurricane. Temporary clean up/repair jobs don't last more than a few weeks. But yeah, it's no Katrina or 2004 Indonesian tsunami.

CNN has their own HAARP to create hurricanes to keep huge ratings! I'm actually really hoping there's not another hurricane, because I'm not looking forward to another week of incessant coverage with them saying the same damn things every 5 min.

A combination of HAARP and Chem trails have been confirmed to attract weather like a magnet. And that is confirmed by personnel who work with HAARP. *Note* I am not one of those conspiracy people, but I am open to the possibility of anything, as all the human race should be.

I'm not disagreeing with you. HAARP facilities have readings off the chart when hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes happen all across the world.
