before anyone starts a shitstorm, it's obvious sector 7 is talking about societal norms regarding gender and the way people's perception of events is conditioned by them, and not that that's the way things should be
Yeah but you don't get it, he made a comment about men not being taken seriously must mean he's a feminazi bitch who i need to shout down instantly without actually using critical thinking skills to understand the actual meaning of a post about a complex and nuanced topic.
For fucking real Ragekipz and Ranger, can you not kneejerk so fucking hard every time someone talks about this kind of stuff and actually try to think about what you're reading for once? It's pretty fucking obvious what was meant by that post, but nope! Time to misinterpret it as something else so you can fit in a quick zinger about Feminism as you do every other fucking post you two make.
I'm just saying if I had a choice between having a dick shoved in me or not while I was being raped
I think the choice would be pretty straightforward
I do not think that is a controversial opinion
I really don't want to debate this, it was just a question.
You're both wrong and right, consider that for a while.
I really don't want to start ANOTHER feminism debate but actually feminism is trying to make both male and female cases of rape be treated equally.

What does "actual" feminism mean? It's a bit like calling Catholicism the "actual" Christianity.

I actually, heh, said "actually." Please read before trying to get a zinger in next time.

He said 'actually.' Not 'actual.'
If you don't know what actually means here is the definition.
Actually
adverb
1.as an actual or existing fact; really.
Well shit I made a mistake and suddenly it's about zingers. There are no ratings on SH any more, why would I do zingers? It makes no fucking sense.

Well you felt the need to belittle my comment by trying to give a "direct" quote from it and then compare said quote with something else that in the same context would sound stupid. Isn't that something that would warrant a zinger, I would think so.
[sp]The only reason I'm being so hostile is because more and more people lately have been, what seems like, purposely misreading what I write to make it seem like my point is invalid.[/sp]

Even if what I said wasn't wrong(tho it was, apologies about that), your point still wouldn't change and be as valid as it was before. So no idea why you're hostile in this case.

He really didn't though. He's saying that the sexual abuse of young men/boys is less important than the sexual abuse of young women/girls.
because sex is a bigger violation of personal space if you're a woman so the victim/perpetrator roles are reduced in perceived magnitude

assuming conventional PIV sex, yes, of course I am. Why is that unreasonable?
they can be both fucking horrible, dude.
men and women can both be terrible people.
If we want to use the term "obtrusive" in the sense of amount of surface area of the body covered, wouldn't men and women experience the same amount? You stick a peg in a peg shaped hole, the surface of both touching each other is the same if you can decipher my meaning out of that.
He really didn't though. He's saying that the sexual abuse of young men/boys is less important than the sexual abuse of young women/girls.
Well laws make it out that way to legally it is true.
are you kidding me it was a dream to fuck some of my teachers :v:
there certainly would have been no trauma.
Puberty/real life
yeah sure I can agree to that, but to be honest if it actually were to happen im sure something would fuck you up in the head in the process. And even then its still illegal and shows that the teacher is completely untrustworthy with kids; Regardless of male and female.
He really didn't though. He's saying that the sexual abuse of young men/boys is less important than the sexual abuse of young women/girls.
Your vindictive retreat to the emotional high ground is the kind of move that ruins meaningful discourse.
If you could read you'd know that what I'm actually saying is that it's generally easier to empathize with female victims of rape. I'm sure you'll still find some way to be offended by that statement.
He really didn't though. He's saying that the sexual abuse of young men/boys is less important than the sexual abuse of young women/girls.
it's pathetic that this even needs to be discussed, but yes, having something hard forced inside of you and then thrust into muscles which are flexed and tensed up beyond your control, thereby causing extreme pain to your insides, is more invasive than having relatively soft tissue surround your penis and move around on it.
obviously the emotional impact isn't negated because of that but it's a lot worse when you can't walk or sit comfortably for the days after the event.
The only crime here is that she wasn't doing it with me!
