I am at work, and unable to follow this as closely as I want to, so correct me if I'm wrong:
The same two suspects from the Marathon Bombing who were identified as having left packages at, or very near, the site of the explosions are the ones who are currently involved with this manhunt, correct (and that one is confirmed killed)? If so, the fact that they're planting explosives and getting in shootouts seems a bit incriminating.
