I swear i saw this earlier this year.. oh wait.. it got bumped.
Jesus, those tiny things are deadly? Are they related to the banana spiders I used to be petrified of in the South? If you go to any zoo in South Carolina, Florida, Georgia (haven't been to zoos in any other Southern states) watch the fuck out for these things: They make their webs above walkways right where your head passes through, and you literally have to walk under this shit and pray you don't hit the web and have this guy fall on you... gahhhh!
What if one of them had bitten right into the egg sac?
what the fuck are you doing stop that shit
Call the manager or one of the guys will come over and they just kill them and throw them out. :(
Not me personally tho, I can`t stand things being killed. I take them home.......
that girl is so creepy.
I don't know whats more scary... my art or the girl
Yeah those arent wandering spiders. The clue is that they're fucking tiny and not huge as shit.
Spiderlings tend to look very different from the adult forms. A more drastic example would be Aviculara versicolor, the spiderlings for that particular species are metallic blue, while the adults are shade of red, blue, green and purple.
Is there really such thing as NON poisonous spiders, headline? Was that descriptor actually fucking necessary?
All spiders produce venom/enzymes, but not all are toxic. The one you're referring too is also known as a Golden Orb Weaver. They're perfectly harmless unless you're a small bird, wish I had some around here but it's too dry for them. [editline]18th April 2014[/editline]
Dude, don't worry. Shit like this hardly ever happens, and spiders aren't aggressive, they'll only bite if they feel threatened (Excluding the Brazilian Wanderer, what a coinkydink!)
There are examples of aggressive spiders, including the Sydney Funnelweb and pretty much any Old World tarantula species, particulary the Baboon spiders from Africa (Orange Baboon, King Baboon, etc.).
