Is talking to people on steam safe?
I swear to god if one person reports their wallet has been compromised then Valve can go to hell.
[t]http://s4.postimg.org/vwa0w4n99/rfi0t_Bi.png[/t] Their 'live person' helpdesk is offline when it's needed most. This is just getting better and better...
Hey Valve, try unplugging the fucking server if you are having one of the most massive errors possible. I am just hoping that none of my payment info was saved since the only fucking way to remove it would be to go on the site.
Holy SHIT Valve turn off your crap and work it from the inside.
I can't imagine their push for 2 factor authorization using the Steam App is looking so good if people can view sensitive details like this regardless of authorization. Niiiice
Did anyone else notice that you only get into the accounts of people from your country? Every time I click "Account Details" or, well, do anything, I get accounts from Portugal.
Never mind the picture above show me my answer. Here's hoping that the store page was cached from when I went on last night.
At a moment like this you kinda want to communicate with your customers. Classic Valve to be all quiet.
Did anyone else notice that you only get into the accounts of people from your country? So nah it's just completely random accounts. Language even changed for the countries.
So should I just log out from steam? How will that help at all
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what why

Pretty sure they took down the login and register buttons. PS: Shit is still going down, that is not my avatar nor my language

Please solve this problem steam
Now comes the fun part where steam support really gets to shine. i wonder how many hours of chaos its gonna be before they start sorting this shit.
30 mins after the news first came to me I could still view other accounts info. not very good
Think this is basically from their caching servers sending out pages people have accessed today instead of new ones (as today was meant to have heavy DDOS so they got more caching stuff infront of main servers).
More like everyone in the steam store back end department has to ruin their holiday plans to fix one guy's fuckup
This is the type of fuckup that couldn't have been possible by just one person, unless he's been working under asian sweatshop conditions. There's someone who's either authorized or ignored severe flaws.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What fucking retard is running this system? Shut the fucking thing down leaving it up is only making it worse.
steam is just a black screen or not loading now
People shouldn't be able to change anything on your account - they can only see your information, what little consolation that offers.
Seriously though, how can they justify no one responding, even at its worst, Sony and MS had people round the clock letting people know that things were wrong at all.
looks like they pulled the plug on the store
Logged out of steam and enabled 2 step verification on my email, hopefully nothing happens to my account, considering that I don't have mobile authorization (I know I should have it, for some reason steam wasn't registering the code that it sends you through SMS to enable mobile auth though) Time to wait now.

"It is fine to unlink Steam using http://PayPal.com itself. Just don't do it via the Steam store." https://twitter.com/SteamDB/status/680498566478098432
Anyone else getting this now? An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.d82c0e6b.1451078543.f7c273f It looks like they have shut it down.
good thing i only saved my paypal email to steam
As long as you don't go on the store page it should be fine. I haven't gotten any emails about anyone trying to change my password or anything yet
