I just... Can't talk to you...
I don't understand how anyone could be this dull. You're saying that Israel reserves the right to kill innocent people. Like I said, even if they did, then this is just the reason I fucking hate them.
Clearly you're stating that Israel can be a terrorist and get away with it but Hamas can't.
AMEN BROTHAH
And killing innoncent civillians will break their will? Don't you think this will rather rile up this enemy's forces to eradicate you? If I was soldier, and a civillian who could my friend, family, and etc. died even though they had no part in it, hell they could've opposed it, I would be fucking pissed and support my opposing genocide instead. Not to mention, killing civillians is a taboo, so I'd like you to do this without getting UN, NATO, EU, and etc condemning your ass and looking like an asshole infront of the Earth.
Killing innocent is both wrong and ineffective.

They have been condemned by the UN many times. They just seem to get away with it.

Haha holy shit you're dumb.
I'm just hoping UN takes action soon. They can go ahead and be quoted by the media saying 'This is wrong, I urge immediate diplomacy, and goodbye', this won't change anything. We need them in there, give relief, and position some peacekeepers. Although I HATE casuality, I want the UN peacekeepers put on heavily populated area or any 'hot zone' so the Israeli are careful where to actually bomb. I don't think Israeli wants the full wrath of the UN. Though, I'm not that knowledged, so point out flaws if you wish.
It would be interesting if the UN actually bothered to go into the area. But they have a history of stepping back and letting things fix themselves.
It would be interesting if the UN actually bothered to go into the area. But they have a history of stepping back and letting things fix themselves.
I have identified a problem.
Unbelievable how some people are conditioned to ignore the humanitarian crisis in Gaza by just writing them off as Muslim extremists. Academia and prominent intellectuals from all around the world have flow to Gaza and demonstrated in solidarity with people there. Palestine was relatively well established as a society as British enclave and afterwards.
The conflict that exists now is largely the result of the fact that Israel is essentially pounding a blockaded, starved prison camp into the dirt. In the past, blame could be shifted back and forth between the two in the formative years of the problem.
And so the more reasonable jingoists feel better, the only countries who really support Israel explicitly are the US. Britain, for example, has traditionally refused to take sides.
Go Israel! Genocide is alright if you're a wealthy Western supported nation!
Are you stating that's a good thing or a bad thing.
Just in case, I'll present you with this.

Other way around. I was confused as to which side you were taking so I posted that to reaffirm my belief that the UN sucks.

That IS kinda fucked that they've killed women and children so far. Then again with the way things work over there it's hard to distinguish friend from foe.
Step 1: Piss off another nation.
Step 2: Blend in completely with the civilian population.
Step 3: Cry foul when the enemy can't find you.
You can't blame Israel, afterall they are doing what they can to defend themselves.
And it's funny how we say that Israel should not strike back, try having a neighbouring country fire missiles against the U.S. or EU and see what would happen.
And then these civillians (of wich few wouldn't want to kill every last Israeli) protest by burning Israeli flags, wow that's really how to show you are innocent.

Instead of posting just to say that others opinions are stupid, why don't you post your own opinion?
Why is everyone on Facepunch so violent towards every known religion?
Because we're a bunch of angry, home ridden teenagers with enough angst to fuel a small anarchic nation. And by that token, we're all Atheists or Agnostics.
But a good deal of them do. That's why we should bomb the crap out of the ones that do.
It's not like they woke up one fine sunday morning and decided to start killing people.
It's because they're pissed at someone. Going around bombing people is just going to make more people want to kill us. You can't stop violence by killing all of the violent people. You stop violence through peace.
Now I don't feel so bad about Israel bombing the shit out of them.
You mean you actually FELT BAD about them?

It's a nice idea, but you seem to be forgetting that killing everyone angry at you until they surrender has worked in the past.

Why the fuck do you think they burn the israeli flag? Because the Israeli's could give a fuck less if they're children get blown apart by bombs.
And what the hell are you saying? We should put a bullet in every man who stands up for himself?
Hey look, someone is burning an American flag, Git yer guns boys!

nvm i realized how lame that is
US already has it's hands in everyone's cookie jar, we really don't need more Arabs pissed at us.

Well, since the Israeli are humans like everybody else, think how you would react.
Let's say that one day Mexico starts firing missiles against the U.S., they destroy your house, kill most of your relatives and forces you to live on the street, now wouldn't you be a little pissed off if your government does nothing to stop that from happening again? and then you get called child-killer by others who thinks the death of their dog is the most tragic thing that can possibly happen (i think very few who post here have experienced what is happening down there) and so on.
It's not the first time this happens, it's like the fourth in the last years, and every time Israel pulls back because of the international pressure the militants gear up again and it starts over again.
Also i'm not saying that they should bomb them because they burn flags, (and they don't just burn flags during the manifestations against Israel) but it sure isn't a good way to demonstrate peacefullness.
I'm not saying Israel is doing a good thing by bombing civillians, not at all, but EVERY war has had civillian casualities, so it's not un-expected.
Also, they won't pull back because they understood that pulling back and attacking again every year is causing more casualties then a single definitive attack would.

Better analogy.
I walk into your house and kill your kid.
You kill everyone on my entire block.
Bam.
And if you think that Israel is doing their best not to hurt Palestinian civilians then you have something jammed in your brain.
