Oh nice one, I'm a 65 year old man. I guess you're breaking out all the ice burns you can to distract from the fact you're actually arguing even though you admit you're wrong. It's amazing how you can be wrong so frequently yet still have an ego giant enough that you refuse to let yourself be corrected. You're right though, most people don't spend all their time trying to find things to complain about, evidently you're not most people.

I've looked through the thread and it appears as though all you do is call people's opinions wrong with nothing to back it up.
It's not a war.
It's on parallel to the clearing of the Warsaw Ghetto.
Because of course, the people in the Gaza strip are fighting the Israelis because they don't want to be taken to extermination camps.
They're fighting the Israelis because they don't want to be exterminated as a country period.
How can you people support HAMAS?
They'll have trouble nailing that one down.
Goddammit...
Why are we arguing over a pointless conflict in Asia? It has been going on forever so we may as well just nuke the lot of them.
amazsinng solution you should be president of the world
By the way, Israel targetted Nizar Rayan today, ranked among Hamas' top five decision-makers in Gaza, who personally sent out his son on a suicide mission to Israel that killed 2 Israelis and repeatedly spoke for the destruction of Israel.
Unfortunately, 2 of his wives and 4 of his children also died. Do you know why? Because he had tons of weapons lying around that exploded. That's right. This peaceful man was living with his family on top of an ammunition depot, deliberately putting them at risk.
How can you people support HAMAS?
There is a big difference between supporting Hamas and condemning Israel.

I don't think anyone is supporting Hamas, it's just that some of us don't think the Israeli government are the good guys.

What a retarded statement.
Prove to me it's untrue. It implies doing the inhumane, which is where your issue lies, but in terms of preventing further attacks it's solid as fuck.

Killing civilians antagonises the whole situation. It's why Hamas is so bloody popular right now.

We should just nuke the middle east too, in terms of preventing futher problems it's solid as fuck :)

aren't you the guy that said natural human rights are just morals?
I'm not going to bother debating anymore.
Some people have preconceptions that could have been formed by anything from predjudice to sheer racism to a need for security. They just aren't willing to think about the whole situation.
I hate this war, There's no good guy so it's hard to pick sides
In war there is no such thing as 'good' sides.

It's pretty hard to see exactly what was going on in that video. And can you hamas supporters manage to make an argument without stupid schoolboy insults in between.
We should just nuke the middle east too, in terms of preventing futher problems it's solid as fuck :)
Now that's jumping the shark. "The Middle East" is not a unified body that poses a threat to the US, Europe, Canada, etc., nor are the factors that make that tactic practical present.
aren't you the guy that said natural human rights are just morals?
Because they are, as indicated by the fact that not everyone believes in the same set of "human rights." Wipe your ass with the UDHR, etc.
Killing civilians antagonises the whole situation. It's why Hamas is so bloody popular right now.
Right...but it works. It always works. You destroy the people that are essential to the survival of a state, and you collapse that state. A civie is worth more than a soldier in the long run, kill them, and you chop away at that state's potential. Hamas won't be getting able-bodied members forever.
You are civilized. You think war should have certain standards, or that it shouldn't happen at all. Neither side in this conflict gives two shits- they want the other guy to stop in the short term, they want them gone in the long term. So saying one side is "good" and one is "bad" based on civilian kill counts is pointless, as it will always come down to this. Everybody's the "bad guy", right now it's just a question of who's doing it best.
I'd say the rest of the free world for watching and not giving a fuck, but that's no surprise anymore.

Unlike the Arabs, we are trying to stop these people and not to encourage them to do such things from the moment they were born.
By the way, these settlers are also attacking Israeli soldiers that are trying to stop them.

Read the BBC caption about how the Israeli soldiers did nothing to prevent the attacks, and in some cases even assisted with them.
There is an Israeli hardline bigot for every Arab one.

What a load of pseudo-logic nonsense.
You do realise that Israel will never be able to exterminate the entire Palestinian population? Not even a majority of the 'able-bodied'.
Hamas exists because of the conflict. Hamas gets stronger, and more support every time Israel commits another military blunder.

This happens every time Israel kills civilians. They never learn.

should Israel systematically kill every single Hamas supporter if given the opportunity
also I like how you say the Palestinians are uncivilized, please explain how what they do is uncivilized compared to some of the worse parts of history in the United States. How do you quantify civility? Was the United States civilized when they forced all the natives to move west of the Mississippi? Was institutionalized racism in the early colonial era civilized? Was internment civilized? Was segregation? Was the Battle of Athens? Were the violent labor revolts in the coal mines civil?
How is Israel civilized when it walls in an entire people and then cuts off vital goods? How is THAT civilized? Why shouldn't Hamas, or even the Palestinian people as a whole, fight back against this encroachment on their human dignity and territory? Hamas fires rockets blindly in order to demonstrate resistance; Israel has a degree of precision thanks to their technology and they STILL kill more civilians than the blind rocket barrages. When does collateral damage stop being an excuse?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/7804218.stm
We need intervention, NOW, not in January 2. It's pathetic and sad how Israeli is continuing pounding on innoncent civillians, ESPECIALLY children and women because of religious extremists, which practically exists EVERYWHERE.
Could you people be any more fucking ignorant? All you guys do is blame the Israelis for every attack. I hope you know Israel does not start any wars unless it's in good nature and that Israel is not one of those crazy extremist Islamic countries. Occasionally there have been extremist Jewish people.
