That does not make it any less stupid, pointless, and arbitrary.
If your biggest issue in the foundation of our nation's liberties is somebody wearing a fucking hat/hoody, you should be the one getting escorted out. I fully understand the appropriate attire for certain functions, but a man wearing something outside the "normal" attire (in making a political statement, no less) should in no way be grounds for removal or any sort of punishment, aside from personal judgement of his peers, and if he's doing this, that's just something he's going to expect.
And Craptasket's "shirtless in Walmart" example falls apart when you realize the reason you aren't allowed to do that is exposure to people who may feel uncomfortable (stupid, but it happens.)
