Yeah I'm from Hawaii and there's a bunch of local people with really long names, it's not uncommon. You almost never say the full name though, usually just the first or last part especially for forenames.
Hawaiian isn't even a hard language to speak, there's only 12 letters (13 if you count the okina which is a glottal stop represented by an apostaphe: ') so the words flow really well.
