For fuck sakes, its 23 democrats and 2 republicans up for re-election in the Senate. 2018 isn't a comeback, its the last stand for the Democratic party. We are very much looking at 8-12 years of conservative ideology running this country.

I'm skeptical. These guys are all pretty big names--did they know Trump beforehand? It would stand to reason that Trump's biggest donors would be the most loyal to him, and the man values loyalty. Maybe there's more to this than just spoils.
