2018 at the minimum if the democrats have a sweeping comeback, 2020 if not, otherwise if they havent come back the republicans will gerrymander the democrats out of existence by then
For fuck sakes, its 23 democrats and 2 republicans up for re-election in the Senate. 2018 isn't a comeback, its the last stand for the Democratic party. We are very much looking at 8-12 years of conservative ideology running this country.

Gives opportunity to create a new party that's principles.

Trump is pushing the pendulum so far beyond the point that it will come crashing back to blue cock for years to come.
This article calls it "unparalleled," but it doesn't actually do a hard number comparison. So I'm not actually sure how different this is from normal.
i'm sure the republicans would prefer Pence over Trump
the gop prefers a pulse with a pen to a president.
CROOKED TRUMP!
I do wonder, actually, what killshot word Trump would have used against himself? Dumb Donald? Bankrupt Trump?
3-4 donors for obama, everyone for trump...
Where are you getting that number from?
Oh my god. How does this guy still have followers left. :v:
I'm skeptical. These guys are all pretty big names--did they know Trump beforehand? It would stand to reason that Trump's biggest donors would be the most loyal to him, and the man values loyalty. Maybe there's more to this than just spoils.
In the primaries, Trump called Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio “puppets” for accepting big money. He also attacked Hillary Clinton for meeting with donors to the Clinton Foundation when she was secretary of state, even though he overstated the proportion of such meetings, and those donations went to charity, not toward putting Clinton or other Democrats in office.
Something about this does not read quite right.
I do wonder, actually, what killshot word Trump would have used against himself? Dumb Donald? Bankrupt Trump?
It would have to do with his finances. Apparently he's pretty sensitive about his money based on his roast.
Ever since Edward Snowden's whistleblow, it feels like those who feed off corruption and greed no longer care about being subtle, knowing they'll get away with it as people will complain but do nothing about it
This. This is true in general: if people know they can do something wrong and not face any consequences, then they'll continue to do it. They've got no reason to stop.
