Unfortunately we can no longer process account recovery requests manually. We are only able to recover Battle.net accounts that were registered with an email address using the game on Battle.net. If you lost access to your account and did not register the account on Battle.net, or lost access to the registered email account, we will not be able to assist in the recovery of this account. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

sounds to me like youre trying to recover a d2 battle.net instead of just a battle.net, in which case just to register the key on battle.net

that or youre still leaving out info

No
I am trying to recover my battle net account because it has the keys registered to it.
I feel sorry for you for still being on dialup.
Oh you. Download and Upload speeds are not indicators for ping times. I either have Dial Up, or Mediacom Cable. Which do you think I have? Mediacom, even though they charge over $200 a month. They take my connection, from the Florida Panhandle, route it through a few hops to Atlanta, Georgia, before sending it to a server, and vise versa when receiving info from a server, it goes through Atlanta, then all the way to me. I may download at 20megs down, but my ping is always 70 to 160, even to servers 20 miles from me
So forgive me if I see a singleplayer game having lag being ridiculous and a turn off
And a few years ago they routed my connection to Lousiville Kentucky before anywhere else. So stupid. I have literally got better pings to the Ukraine than to servers in Pensacola
I loved Diablo 2 and LoD. Too bad Blizzard has shitbad customer support and can't help me get my Battlenet account back even though I have the CD keys registered to it!
I called them up on the phone over password issues yesterday, after answering two questions and having a conversation with the support operator about the collectors edition of D3, everything was fixed.
I'm sorry to hear you've been having bad luck with bliz support, I find them to be exceptional.

For something like diablo, I doubt you'd notice a 100ms lag.
