Well since we joined the EU our national health care in fact does become more or less international in the sense if you are hurt here, you can get treatment here, but I find it hypocritical that other nations specifically those without free health care demand we have to pay for certain treatment. I don't believe you should get free abortions over the NHS if you are coming into the country specifically for that, is all, I think you should have to pay just like some other European nation states would do.
Even if the kid might live a horrible life. at least they had a life to live... no matter how horrible it is.

Well as far as I am aware in a Communist society - national health care would be more of the top list of priorities they would of had on keeping nice. Our NHS has been having massive problems over the years, this is because the fuck up by the Tory government lack of funding during the 80's, practically all that money Labour are putting in now is for trying to reverse effects from around 20 years ago. Don't forget Britain was a nation almost brought to bankruptcy during the war, and a fading Empire which brought up weaker economy and thus a poorer nation, some effects we're still recovering from. I don't think the 'we're post communist' can quite cut it in certain fields such as this, most Eastern nations where the same and they have seen massive improvements, Czech Republic for example.
Plus you are part of the EU, we give Poland tax money to help increase its economy.
