I just don't trust anyone under the age of 13 with something that can kill you.
Maybe if they do a course with several exams (practical and theory), then i might trust them.
Children usually have tantrums, and in this case, he grabbed his dad's gun and shot his sister.
And it's mainly the dad's fault. He should have locked up the pistol in a safe, or at least left it fucking unloaded.
