It's not like he shot anyone else.
Because if a kid manages to shoot himself with adult supervision it's totally inconceivable that he can shoot others.
Look at the kid to the right. Notice were the pistol is pointing. Also note her finger is on the trigger.
I'm more concerned with the fact that they're toying around with guns in the first place. If you're 14 and up and you shoot at targets, fine, do whatever you like, but children as young as they are, especially the child in the middle shouldn't really be allowed near a gun.:buddy:
So there is nothing in the law that requires that guns be locked in a gun cabinet...just that they have to be properly secured with at least trigger locks. It isn't a very sure way of ensuring that the wrong people can get hold of the weapon really.
you are a fucking genius bro
A FUCKING COMEDY GENIUS
Calm down thisisspain
boy you best be trollin
In light of the .pdf I posted above, say honestly again that gun locks are adequate against a determined child.

Ooooh, so you're one of the annoying twats who are always like "ZOMGZOMG FIRST POST OMG" ?
Anyway, sad story, stupid father. If you're going to have a gun, at least keep it in a place where your son can't get to it.
The point of this article is "Only in USA", look at the title it tells us boy shoots baby sister in US CITY, now usually it would be a totally useless thing and not added to title.

The only thing that will stop those kids smiling is if that shotgun went off.

Go, gun control movement, go!
Wow, a four-year-old murdering a two-year-old.

She's actually in critical condition but not dead yet. I say yet because a two year old had a 9mm pain pill put in her torso, she's obviously going to die.
Oh, and :$10: says video games or TV will be blamed.

Already happened.
Well, this comes to mind:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,444180,00.html
That happened close to where I live. The first thing I thought of was "why the hell would you give a kid an Uzi"?
Of course, they blamed the gun show, rather than the parent that decided not only to bring his 8 year old son to a gun show, but even allowed his son to fire a powerful weapon.

You are only old enough to watch TV or vidya gaems at 3, let alone they would let a 4 year old play R-16 games.
WHEN I WAS FOUR I KNEW BETTER THAN THIS. THIS KID IS A RECKLESS DANGER TO SOCIETY AND SHOULD BE HANGED
:goonsay:
Gun control is the answer.
I am stalking you...

damn your ugly
No charges? What, is the 2 year old gonna sue?
great, now liberals are going to use news stories like this as statistics
I, for one, am not.
I just think this is an example of why people need to lock up their guns in safes.
When I was at the gun range some dads were there shooting a .22 rifle with their kids. Like, little 5 or 6-year-old kids. I nearly shat myself.
Nothing happened, but what the fuck, seriously.
I was shooting at that age, it's not an uncommon thing.
Lol US.
Lol you so clever :bravo:
I bet she was going to turn out to be a slut anyways. He did his familys reputation a favor.
According to police, the father was home at the time and the gun appears to have been improperly secured.
Actually, he was highly trained in the art of lock picking and blew the door open with a homemade momb, then attempted to murder his sister. Or his dad hated the girl and planned the whole operation. Either way, the gun was definately not improperly secured, nope, surely not.
